Stopped in for an early morning breakfast. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, quickly seated and had hot coffee within minutes as I scanned the menu. Ordered two eggs over easy, toast, ham and hashbrowns. Meal was served hot, eggs perfectly cooked and my hashbrowns had just the right crunch to them. A nice experience to start the day.

Ordered this location on my way to work this morning, the ordering process was easy even though I feel like it should have more customization under the choices ( example on my B.E.C sandwich I wanted my cheese in the eggs not on the bread) but I digest...my food was hot and good and literally when I got to my last bite of eggs I bit into a huge egg shell which made me gag a little...I tried to call the location NOT TO COMPLAIN, but to simply tell the manager to let the cook know to be more watchful for the egg shells ...I know it was a simple mistake so I'm not mad at the cook at all...I'm mad that there is no other way to express my concern to the cook other than leaving a bad review..this is absolutely ridiculous y'all should still ha e the line available to speak to staff member or manager even if you don't take orders by phone anymore..DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!
