Employees are standing around doing nothing. They took extremely long on the food when it should’ve taken them way smaller time. Cashier told us to order off the Kiosk and then proceeded to take the customer order. My mother didn’t even know they don’t have baked potato. It should’ve been more helpful to do it at the register. The manager didn’t care that their employees are slacking off. This location need better management, staff, and time management. This is a reason why this location has a extremely low rating because employees don’t know how to do time management.

Management was very rude , fakes professionalism , hangs up the phone very non communicative.
They need to treat people how they want to be treated someone looking for a job shouldn’t have to go through this especially if they need the help.

No straws for 2 drinks. No fries or nuggets in the biggie bag. If I had rode off I’d be missing my frosty. Terrible service and attention to detail.

Tried ordering through Uber eats, waited over an hour to watch 3 drivers show up for my order, then leave while cancelling the pick up. I don't know what Wendy's is doing, but maybe don't shut down operations, while listed as open until 1am. That'd be great, thanks.

Came thru drive thru and ordered food as usual got tot he window and payed for the food and then we got sum of our food and was told to pull up for the rest of the food - as we pulled up we check the food and it was extremely cold so we went inside and ask for fresh food and the crew member was understanding and then the manger came over with an attitude and also giving em the rest of our food so im assuming the food is fresh cause i had to come inside and get it but no the food was not fresh it was still cold and the manger on duty tried to get an attitude cause I told the person I was with to check the food cause they just gave us cold food and I just left because the lady was doing to much and I didn’t have time for it . And my fries wasn’t even filled up all the way and I was like a full refund

This store is supposed to be new and the employees they have working at this store are horrible. I had 2 door dash orders at this location back to back and they claimed that the orders were already picked up and/or made. They are completely unprofessional and a bunch of liars. I understand it was close to closing time, but you have paying customers that placed orders prior to closing time. Therefore, you have a duty to provide a service. They need to vet the employees working at this location. This caused an inconvenience for customers looking for their food delivery as well as myself….wasted time.

The Wendy’s on Fairburn Road in Douglasville provided a very disappointing experience. From the start, the staff was rude when I proceeded to order at the drive-thru. I mistakenly ordered two $8 Baconators instead of one, along with nuggets. The cashier asked if I wanted one instead of two, and I said yes. She then stated my total as $22.
I asked how the total could be that much for one Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and nuggets (with honey mustard and barbecue dipping sauces), and she proceeded to argue back and forth with me. Another employee even had to step in and say, “Don’t argue with the customer,” while they continued their conversation over the headset.
When I pulled up to the first window, the same young lady was still going back and forth over the headset with her coworker. At the second window, staff gave me looks of attitude, and one employee snatched the bag off the counter to hand it to me.
When I checked my order and asked for barbecue sauce, I was told, “Oh, we’re out,” which was never mentioned earlier. The fries I received were old and stale, so I attempted to return them. The young girl at the window, with an attitude, said, “You know what, keep them,” then went to get new fries. Shortly after, she came back and said, “No, she wants the fries back.”

Arrived at this location at 11:45pm and no one took our order. As I waited 5 min I then drove around only to meet the gaze of an employee at the drive through window. Her look was one of bewilderment as if she was confused to see customers an hour and 15 minutes before closing. Location DEFINITELY needs employees who are willing to show up and do the job they are paid to do.

There was a bread tie in my son of baconator and I almost swallowed it thinking it was really hard bacon, I tried to call the store to let them know what happened but nobody answered

If you’re looking for terrible service, bad attitudes, incorrect orders, and subpar food, then this is your place. It’s by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Several bad experiences ranging from kids being too lazy to take my order, to extreme wait times in the drive thru, to them being out of food and drink items, and equipment being down.
I took my daughter this evening for a biggie bag. I decided to get one too. They were dbl stacks plain w/ cheese only. We got them and they both had bacon on them. When I mentioned the bacon being on them, the lady at the 2nd window insisted I give them back for them to “remake” the burgers (after I offered to pay for the bacon OR pull it off). They acted as if I had to give the burgers back to be remade when I was trying to do the honest thing and pay. The manager stopped drinking her frosty and walked over and reached her hand out to take the burgers back and had me pull up. They brought the burgers back in the EXACT SAME GREASY WRAPPERS. We checked the burgers and they still had remnants of bacon on them. Turns out they did not remake them just pulled the bacon partially off and sent them back. Needless to say, I don’t like my food to be passing through a lot of hands. I’ve seen too much. For that manager to send the same burgers back out to us was disgraceful and terrible service. There was no shame.
This is the same Wendy’s location that served me a sandwich last year with MOLD on bottom of the bread, which I took back and other customers saw the moldy bread and asked for my money back on my behalf. One customer was even reconsidering his order. I had high hopes for this location but they continue to let us down. Too much carelessness and the thought of going back makes me want to barf. My food was trash so I put it in the trash. Don’t do it. Do go to this location. It’s terrible.
