If you’re looking for terrible service, bad attitudes, incorrect orders, and subpar food, then this is your place. It’s by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Several bad experiences ranging from kids being too lazy to take my order, to extreme wait times in the drive thru, to them being out of food and drink items, and equipment being down.

I took my daughter this evening for a biggie bag. I decided to get one too. They were dbl stacks plain w/ cheese only. We got them and they both had bacon on them. When I mentioned the bacon being on them, the lady at the 2nd window insisted I give them back for them to “remake” the burgers (after I offered to pay for the bacon OR pull it off). They acted as if I had to give the burgers back to be remade when I was trying to do the honest thing and pay. The manager stopped drinking her frosty and walked over and reached her hand out to take the burgers back and had me pull up. They brought the burgers back in the EXACT SAME GREASY WRAPPERS. We checked the burgers and they still had remnants of bacon on them. Turns out they did not remake them just pulled the bacon partially off and sent them back. Needless to say, I don’t like my food to be passing through a lot of hands. I’ve seen too much. For that manager to send the same burgers back out to us was disgraceful and terrible service. There was no shame.

This is the same Wendy’s location that served me a sandwich last year with MOLD on bottom of the bread, which I took back and other customers saw the moldy bread and asked for my money back on my behalf. One customer was even reconsidering his order. I had high hopes for this location but they continue to let us down. Too much carelessness and the thought of going back makes me want to barf. My food was trash so I put it in the trash. Don’t do it. Do go to this location. It’s terrible.

I waited 10 minutes at the speaker after they had just taken 2 drivers. Went inside and they still didn't take my order. I understand waiting for the food, but they could have at least took my order. I won't be back.

Food constantly is poor quality. Location not managed very well. Drive thru parks cars, then brings wrong or missing items, too many times. I don't visit any more.

Usually when i come to this Wendy’s the service isn’t that great but tonight 05/05/25 at 22:13 all of the workers were so delightful and my food was perfectly fresh and hot and it was the best service I’ve ever had at this location! Please keep it up y’all’s work is appreciated!

Horrible service… Ashanti took my order and she was very rude and when she handed me the cup holder with my FOUR drinks, one almost fell because she shoved it in my hand… someone please get her to act right cuz one of these days she’ll catch the wrong one.

I just had a very rude lady say to another employee she was getting cused out at the window. I asked for sweet and sour at the take out menu. When I got my food, I asked for the sweet and sour. She rudely said I didn't hear that."" I will have to charge you $. I said ok?!?! She said something about a GM?!? I never cursed. How rude! The food is always awful, and the customer service is horrible.

Waited 20 minutes in line for a mobile order, finally got to the window with no one saying anything for 5 minutes through the speaker, just to finally tell us they were closed....eventhough they just took the guys order Infront of us...and eventhough it says open till 2am and it was full of employees just sitting around.

I went to get my husband, granddaughter and I something to eat through the drive through. The lady that took my order was short, nasty, and rude. I asked the lady was she the one that took my order, she said no the manager did. I was shocked that a manager was acting that way and being unprofessional! My granddaughter asked me why was she talking to me like that, I said baby she must be having a bad day. I called the corporate office and reported my concerns. So they can correct the problem. If they don’t know what’s going on they Cain not address the issue. I was at this location around 2 or 2: 10 customer service means a lot to me when I am spending my money.

For one, I sat at the drive through speaker for at least 5 minutes with not word spoken. Then when I said hello, someone over the speaker said “give her a minute” like what kind of greeting is that. I pull up to the window and the girl with bright red braids at the window didn’t bother to acknowledge me, had no hair net on, and was texting the entire time I was at the window. On top of me being the only car in the line and I had to pull up to wait for my order which was for 2 sandwiches only. The customer service was absolutely terrible!!!!!! Homeless people have better manners than the workers at this Wendy’s location!!!!!!

The WORST drive thru customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wait time per car, at least 6-7 minutes before taking your order. Line wrapped around the building. Do better Wendy’s, Lee Road location
