Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

It’s 9:22pm, I see workers in the back and throughout the restaurant and my husband and I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and no one attempted to take our order. Lithia Springs, PLEASE do better. Place closes at 11pm. Just horrible customer service in this area of town.

Will never return to this location. Came in with a simple order only to get old fries and bread not Texas toast. The staff here are rude and act like it’s your fault when there in the kitchen making the food.worst Zaxbys I’ve been to what a waste of money and my time!

Just picked up a mobile order, took the lid off my drink when I got home and it’s a piece of curly hair. Disgusting!!!!

Asked for frozen lemonade got a cup with ice filled to the brim. I don’t know what it is about lee rd and their food establishments but they all SUCK!

My order was missing the chicken.

The food I received was b burned, and when I gave them a gift card with over $100 on it, they told me there was no money on the gift card. They stole the money off the gift card.

Just left Zaxby’s waited in the drive-through over five minutes at the speaker for someone to even acknowledge me. When the guy Finally responded it was when I asked is the drive-through closed. He said if I want to come in, that I can. I asked again is the drive-through closed. He says I am with a customer in the lobby. I said ok, Is someone working the drive-through? He says ma’am if you want to come in, you can come in. He was very rude. I then ordered a few seconds later. When I got to the window I told him that I was paying with my phone. He dropped my phone on the ground. I go to pick up my phone and he smiled and giggle. I told him no thank you on my order but I will be writing a review. I’m used to this Zaxby’s customer service at this location to not be good but it seems like it’s getting bad to worse.

I waited 10 minutes on a cod salad and 4 finger meal and got home and the order was completely wrong!!! I ordered grilled chicken and they gave me fried, went up there and the ticket specifically said grilled on the salad box and I still had to wait. No apology no nothing so after waiting and seeing the person fixing the orders was making more orders incorrect. I got my refund and that will be my last time there!

I had a special request that was complicated and unusual and they were super patient and my food was out of this world! I love coming to this location!

Had the butterfly shrimp it was pretty good.. fries were cold and they charged us 2.50 to have an Arnold palmer made from the lemonade from behind the counter .. fried cheddar bites and funnel cakes were good
