I wish I could give their service a zero! I've never had such terrible service, and its ongoing no matter what time of day or night you visit this location. My family no longer visits this location and its 5 mins away. I'd rather drive. My son wanted Zaxby's today so I said ok let's try it. The service didn't disappoint in that we got exact what we expected to get RUDENESS. I actually asked to speak with the manager and was told that the "General Manager" was there. Living right up to the store's RUDE expectation. She wouldn't give me here name but she was a black woman with dreadlocked hair, and again showed the same rudeness as the employees. And on everything this was all over them giving me an addition sauce, which I had no problem paying for, but they insisted that I drove back around for it. My husband and I are literally looking for a new home because the customer service that we most of the time receive in this Fairburn Rd/Lee Rd area is horrific.

I bought a wings and things plate traditional and a boneless wing plate and cheese bites I had yo wait for the cheese bites and they weren't even hot the flavor of the wings was not what I ordered and usually I order just a boneless meal for my son and it's made right, but whenever I buy more I get less and the food always look like someone's hands has been in it i.e. broken tenders and and wings, very dissappinted.
Unfortunately the wings are hit and miss! Some days they’re fresh, other days they look and taste as if they’ve been sitting in the fryer overnight smh. It’s also the only Resteraunt I’ve ever been to that won’t allow me to get extra sauce at the drive through window unless I order it with my order. Wow!!

Cheapskates on the sauce and forgot my toast. When ordering at the drive through, they don’t ask you how much sauce you want. Then, at the window, they tell you “we don’t do add ons” when I ask for an additional sauce. Also they didn’t give me my toast. This cost $11.01.
