The cashiers are always trying to rush you to order and their speaking is very unpleasant. The mom and son are always great. It’s the new young cashiers. The customer service can be a lot better. The young cashiers never smile or greet just rushing even when not busy just to get on the phone

They don't have ginger ale and they didn't fry the wings long enough so I had to wait for them to refry the chicken. Even though I'm at work and I'm pressed for time AND I had already ordered the food over the phone!

It waa okay at best. My food was average at best. Wings were soggy and also fries. Atmosphere was pretty layed back.
Celery does not go on a philly cheese steak why would it go in a eggroll? Green onions, peppers or regular onions but Celery come on now..

I found the owner/employee, a young Asian man (with the firearm) behind the counter, to be incredibly rude, arrogant, and disrespective towards customers, which left a sour taste in my mouth.To make matters worse, this establishment is situated within a predominantly black community, yet the owner seemed to hold an air of superiority, acting as if he were better than everyone else. His demeaning behavior, particularly towards black individuals, was utterly disgraceful and uncalled for.It is disheartening to witness such blatant prejudice and discrimination, particularly in a community where unity and support should be paramount. As a consumer in this neighborhood, I strongly believe that it is our responsibility to withhold our support from businesses that demonstrate such negative attitudes towards their customers.Beyond his arrogant demeanor, the owner's overall approach to customer service fell far below acceptable standards. He consistently exhibited rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. It felt as though he took pleasure in belittling those who entered his establishment, leaving customers feeling unwelcome and undermined.

I got the hot lemon pepper meal that came with A free rib....when they say it was A free rib (one bone) they mean it! My rib piece was so small and dry I left it on the seasoning counter.My wings were dry as well and looked microwaved so I had to ask for extra hot sauce then because i asked for that, I couldn't have my real free sauce of ranch or blue cheese I had to pay for it.My first and only visit smh a waste of $14. I only came here because I was tired of American deli.

Food poisoning! Me and my family had headaches and upset stomachs the same night after the small amount that we did eat. The wings had a very weird taste to them and we couldn't stomach eating more than 3 wings. And the wings were very soft and fries tasted like old grease. Because it was raining I didn't even opt in for a refund on door dash because my driver was very punctual. If I could give this place zero stars I would

Thought I would feel better eating at a local restaurant instead of chain franchisees.Ordered fried chicken sandwich. To my utter disappointment, it was below ordinary.The sandwich was extremely dry. Other than salt and pepper, I did not have any condiments handy at office (where I dared to eat this) to add taste to it. I had to take sips of drink between each bite, yet could not finish it.To the restaurant owner/cook- if not a slice of cheese, at least add mayo or ketchup to sandwiches. Fried chicken was missing crunch and felt more chewy.Not worth $9 at all.

I caught the Chinese lady overcharging my card and got upset when I asked for condiments. She wanted to charge me extra and start insulting me like I was the thief she just got mad because she got caught. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.
