this location is the absolute worst. The girl at the front has the worst attitude known to man if you call they have a attitude if you go inside, they have a attitude they made one up mistake and I asked for a re-delivery and the girl kept cutting me off over the phone and getting smart so I just let it go got my refund anyway lol .

Every time the 8 pcs shrimp it’s fried hard not crispy. The cocktail sauce tastes like astringent, sprite -flat, and the wings are subpar... crispy doesn’t meant fry all the meat out of the wings 😒SMH just consistently not that great.

Maybe I’m in my feelings but I left this area a long time ago and decided to buy a home in Decatur. I damn near cried hearing the accents, the beautiful black people here, and the food. I love us so much man!! I truly do!!

I called to place an order over the phone at 8:54 the cashier answered and said (we not taking no more orders over the phone you can come in and place an order). Got there at 9:10 just for us to walk in the door and the cashier says we are only serving wings and fries? I could understand if it was 9:30 or closer to closing time witch is 10pm but a whole hour early ? You lost at least 5 paying customers. Very disappointed and was un able to order due to them only serving wings and fries.

Staff is lazy and unprofessional. I called over the phone to order the lady said that we had to come in and place an order which was fine. However, I arrive at 9:00 she said that they were only doing wings and fries. I feel like she should’ve communicated that over the phone and then had an attitude. Not to mention the store didn’t close until 10pm I feel like they just already cleaned the grill and wanted to close early but customer service is everything to me and I won’t be back.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times I became very ill afterward. The first time, I wasn’t sure if it was the food, but now I’m certain. It had an off smell, appeared stale, and I was sick the next day. I can’t recommend eating here based on my experience.

Food is always good. Hadnt been in the area to stop in bout 12 yrs, came back, new ppl, while other locations quality has declined, this locations quality, customer service( the 2 young girls that work closing july 4th amazin') and quantity provided were excellent. I will make the drive to pickup from here.

I had a very disappointing experience with a manager or someone claiming to be a manager named Kiara at the American Deli on Panola Road. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came in to address an issue with an Uber Eats order.

I had ordered 2 combo 6-piece wings one medium and one garlic parmesan. That’s exactly what was listed on my receipt. However, I received both combos as medium. When I returned to the store to have the mistake corrected, Kiara was not only dismissive but explained in a rude manner that the way Uber Eats prints the orders is confusing for the kitchen. That explanation didn’t make much sense to me, especially when my receipt clearly showed the correct flavors.

Instead of trying to fix the issue, she simply offered to give me the garlic parmesan sauce on the side. I would expect a manager to try to resolve a food-related complaint more professionally especially when the mistake is clear and fixable. Her attitude lacked any form of customer service or accountability. Even a simple explanation like, “This happens sometimes, but let me fix it for you this time,” would have gone a long way.

I then asked for ranch and to change my drink since I didn’t want a Coke. Her response was, “Man, what did y’all order?” which only made the situation more frustrating. She claimed she put the sauce in the bag and blamed the Uber Eats driver for it possibly being missing, even though my order was dropped off securely at Staples. There was no ownership or effort to resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, she tried to charge me again for a different drink, even though refills should be included once a drink is purchased.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. A manager should always make an effort to support the customer and work out any issues behind the scenes not respond with attitude and zero willingness to help. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. It’s really unfortunate that this is the level of service being provided to the community.

My grandson and I came here to try the honey hot wings. And the wings were fabulous as were the fries. The problem I saw there was the dresscode. There was a young lady in the FRONT handling food. And she had shorts on that were so short and tight. It looked disgusting and I don't understand who that was for. But as a first time customer... that was a bad impression in my opinion. The food was wonderful and the girls were nice. They also have seasonings set out for you. We didn't get to taste the peach drink we kept hearing about (as the machine was broken) but maybe next time.
