Applebee's Grill + Bar

Spent 50$ including tip just for them to charge me 11.65$ 3days later. When i called, i was told that it would be fixed n i would get a call back . No call, no nothing. I have my original receipt and everything. Never coming back! This place stole money from me

I don't understand how its empty and we had to stand at the hostess stand with no one even acknowledging us for a solid 5 minutes. Poor service. We left.

Enjoyed my server AJ. He made sure we were taken very good care of.

Great place to chill and get a good meal for the price

I had ordered a milkshake and it was watery. I had got it redone but it was sitting out without a top on it. It was still watery the second time, as if they used water to make it. I was too tired to express my concerns a third time, but I was so dissatisfied and disappointed.

The wait for the waitress was a bit longer than expected and it wasn’t busy at all. However, she provided great service. The food was okay and the drinks were good.

I will give this Apple bs a 0 ...I've been here at least 5 times and it get worse so i wont ever come back now ...for this place to not be busy the wait time should not be long after being seated we waited at least 40 minutes just a waitress to come and tell us this wasn't her table but she took our order anyway...then it was another 30 minutes for our food to come out but while we was waiting we had the pleasure of watching and the guys from the back stand in the corner talking and texting on the phone one guy hands in his pants pulling up his pants and putting on his belt smdh ....finally our food came with our drinks which was watered down the food was awful ....i cant understand why this place is still open ....like frfr

It took a little while to get a server but they may have been a little short. Once we received our server they were very friendly. Everything was great from their out and the advertisers were half off at 10:00 pm and the drinks were decent.

Google says they close at 1AM get here at 11 Am was told Kitchen Is closed

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THE HOST LEFT MY DAUGHTER & I STANDING THERE as SHE WALKED AROUND completly ignoring us. SHE CAME TO GRAB A COUPLE OF ITEMS FROM The HOST BOOTH & NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED US. NOT HELLO NOTHING. After her 2nd grab I finaly waived & said hello. She then replied Im getting the table ready. Shortly after she Waived for us to proceed in the direction of a longgg table that she had just wiped down as she proceeded to the back leaving us standing there confused as to where to sit bc surely this large table was not for my daughter & I. She was then called from the back & said I heard a party of 9. I replied its only 2 of us, (Yet she would have known that if she had greeted us!.) She then waived again & said come on this side. I then asked her is there a table ready for us there she replied yes, I proceeded to the other side of the restaurant as I assumed she would come over as well & lead us to the correct table but No she never arrived. Never provided seating or menu's, never checked on us once. I asked another server in the area for the Manager as it took some time for him to come out. Meanwhile the same host passed us by several times seating other customers with menus! By the time the Manager arrived the other tables seated by the same host had drinks & probably food orders in as well. I asked him if everything was ok & told him my experience. He didnt apologize but made excuses for her instead stating that she got something in her eye & that was the confusion. To sume it up. Over 30+mins of my life waisted, Lord knows we didnt deserve this treatment & I pray this young lady finds God bc surely it must have been the peace of God & His spirit dwelling in me that was attacked as I remained Patient & Kind. SMH

If I could give zero stars I would this so unprofessional It’s 11:11 a.m it suppose to open at 11am and we still sitting outside they need to do better man

Server/Bartender was excellent!

Service sucks! Waited 2 hours for our food. When food finally started coming out, it came out one and a time, 15 min apart. Food cold, ice cream melted on my man's Dessert by the time it came out. Later learned from the Waitress, she had to wait tables and cook the food we ordered.

Thank you Donnica sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong but thank you for the great service , everything was placed in a paced manner , food was hot and u didn’t miss a beat. Our first time at this location and everything went smooth

Too slow and couldn't care any less. I've left multiple pickups at this location because it was over 10 minutes.
