The bartender Jayla was disrespectful and should be fired immediately. She was rude. All the tables around us had issues with the drink quality and how she spoke to them. The establishment would be better off if she wasn’t there.

The bartender Jayla was extremely rude and needs to be fired. Very unwarranted disrespect. However our server was so sweet and is the only reason I could give this restaurant any stars.

Still just a ok bit popular on weekends Apple bee’s place that’s bout it food is good though plus u can celebrate birthdays here as well plus makes things even worse I travelled all the way from cartersville just to check out this Apple bee’s place on sundays & was so disappointed I won’t make that long trip to this place no time soon

Went to the establishment . They greeted us and sat us down at a dirty sticky table . Never came with utensils or asked about drinks. They ended up taking two other customers orders before us so we left

I’m writing this review as a NYer visiting GA.

When I got to the restaurant there was maybe 6-10 tables occupied with guest, and a few ppl at the bar. The person who showed us to our seats asked ME to pick up the menus, that was my first eyebrow raise. After being seated, we looked through the menus and waited, 15mins passed and no one came to the table, so I asked the person who sat us to let the waitress know we were ready to place our orders. Another 10mins passed before the waitress came to us, and when she did, she was not in a good mood. She took the orders and when she was done my mom asked her how long it would be, because we were already sitting there a while. She said “I don’t know because I only came over here to take the drink orders, and I have to cash out that table before I put your order in!”, so I asked her why she had to wait to put the order in, she said she needs to get the customers out because they’ve been there over an hour, and if I wanted to she could give my order to another server because “I’ve been here 11am, and I should’ve been left”. I told her I would prefer to have someone else serve us, that way we wouldn’t have to wait to get the order sent in. She said okay, she walked off and we didn’t see her until 20mins later when the manager walked up and asked if we were okay, I said “no, we’re not”, and he asked what was wrong and I told him, he went to get the girl, and come to find out she didn’t even put the drink orders in. He went to her the drinks and the only thing that came out correct was the apple juice for my kids, all the drinks were wrong and had to be taken back. The second set of drinks came back and the were all horrible; however, we did not send them back because we didn’t want any issues. The food took another 20 mins to come out, but let me say, if it wasn’t for the food, this would be a 1star review. The food was very flavorful and well made. My husband’s order was the only that came out wrong, and they fixed it.

The manager removed the drinks from our bill, and I appreciate that because we did not drink them, and a lot of places will charge you if you don’t return them directly to the server. We left them on the table . Definitely look into getting a new bartender.

The appearance of my food was unacceptable, especially this dip it tasted old. The manager on duty was very friendly and polite. He remade everything and it looked and tasted fresh.

The lady bartender was good, very attentive even though she was busy. I ordered the special won ton tacos, boneless wings, and a bacon burger. All was good.

Food and drinks were terrible. The host tried to warm us before we sat down. Bless her she was so kind. Waiting for 30 mins before oder came and 20 mins for someone to take it. Drinks were below average. Let's just say I learn my lesson. Fool me once.

This place has awful service they have two waitress and the female waitress she is rude ……they had us sitting there for 30 minutes no one never came…….We left and went too

Bad customer service. Check your order thoroughly before you leave, they will short your order. Those workers are so incompetent and ignorant.

When it comes to the food, I only come here because my significant other likes the spinach dip.. I just eat mozzarella sticks. The service is off and on and kind of slow as well as a bored don't want to be here feeling from some of the staff. I've had the pasta here before, it was decent. Prices are too much for how some of the food actually tastes though .. Like those quesadillas with the starters, terrible.. the wings aren't really good either. Probably would try not to visit again though, convince him to go somewhere else better spend the money.
