The food here has gone to the dogs. It takes forever to be seated. Then I al.kst always have to send my food back for one reason or another. The servers often have horrible attitudes. I've given them one too many tries. There's too many other places to eat that's better to tolerate them.

Arizona's isn't the same. Since the owners changed it has gone downhill. Never been to this restaurant and was sat at a dirty table. The host had to sweep thearea before we sat down. The server seemed ok until we started to get food. We got our food and asked for condiments and waited.. by this time our food was cold. Hope was not attentive to our table at all. My husband sat with no refill on his beverage just an empty glass after we asked for a refill and still did not get it. Our steaks were cold, the steak knives were too dull to cut the steaks. After speaking with the manager, he got us fresh food all while we were still waiting for Hope to refill his glass. Hot steaks came out, and guess what....still no Tea. We watched her dance in the kitchen while waiting for tea. Finally, the host came by and we grabbed him to get us to go boxes and something to drink for my husband. We also asked for the check. Finally Hope came over with the checks, still no tea. I asked for the manager again. He was even shocked that we hadn't got a refill. He discounted our check for us. Very apologetic. Hope finally brought a refill as we paid the bill. I've worked in this industry for years. I couldn't believe she acted like she didn't care for us, so when we paid I acted as if I went through a drive through. NO TIP FOR YOU!!!!! I'VE NEVER LEFT A RESTAURANT WITHOUT TIPPING 25% OR MORE. I've been in her shoes before, would have never let my guest go the whole service without a beverage. Please retrain Hope. I won't be back. Thanks, but no thanks!

We waited close to 1 hour for a server. When we placed our order it took another hour for the food to come. The food was horrible and cold. There were teenagers preparing the food. The excuse given was that there weren't enough staff to fulfill the demands. I will never go again!
