Disrespectful and Unprofessional Staff
I’m writing this on behalf of my wife, who just had a horrible experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. She walked up to the counter with our young son, and one of the workers — a young woman with 613 blonde hair — walked away from the register without saying a word. No “I’ll be right with you,” no acknowledgment, nothing.
The two remaining employees, one with blue hair and one with orange hair, looked directly at her but continued having their own conversation. When she finally asked if she could place an order, the one with orange hair responded with a rude, “Go ahead and order.” No professionalism whatsoever.
What bothered her most was the fact that she was with our son, and these employees were laughing under their breath and being outright dismissive. She said the whole encounter felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
After reading some of the other reviews, it’s clear this wasn’t an isolated incident. If this is the standard for customer service at this location, something needs to change.

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Had
I’m still in disbelief over what I experienced at this Auntie Anne’s location. I walked up to the counter with my 10-year-old son, and instead of being greeted, one of the girls — who had 613 blonde hair — literally walked away from the register without saying a word.
Two other girls were working — one with blue hair and one with orange hair. They looked at me, didn’t say anything, and just continued talking to each other like I wasn’t even there. I had to ask, “Can I place an order?” and the one with orange hair responded with a nasty, “Go ahead and order.”
I asked for cinnamon pretzels and was told, “We don’t have no more,” in the same rude tone. After getting what they did have, the one with the blue hair started to place my food into the bag. Then, orange hair asked, “How are you paying?” I said, “Card,” and then she said, “You can pay.” I went to tap my card, and it didn’t work. When I said that, she told me, “It’s working on my end. Must be your card.” At that point, I was completely over it.
What made it even worse was having my son with me. I shouldn’t have to shield him from grown adults who don’t know how to treat customers with basic human decency. He even asked me, “Why were they acting like that?” It’s sad when a child can see that something is wrong and wants to speak up for their mom.
This kind of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly, disheartening. No one should be made to feel like they’re a burden just for placing an order. Auntie Anne’s — do better. These employees are damaging your brand. Never again.
I’m writing this on behalf of my sister and my 10-year-old nephew, who just had a completely unacceptable experience at this Auntie Anne’s location. It’s sad that this is the kind of treatment they received.
She walked up to the counter with her son, and one of the employees — a young woman with blonde hair — literally walked away without saying a word. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just walked off.
Two other employees, one with blue hair and one with orange hair, looked directly at her and said absolutely nothing. She asked, “Can I place an order?” and the one with orange hair responded with attitude: “Go ahead and order.” Disgusting.
She asked for cinnamon pretzels, and the response? “We don’t have no more.” Not only was the tone unprofessional, but the entire encounter was drenched in rudeness and disrespect.
I was on the phone with her during the whole thing, saying, “Are you serious?” I honestly don’t know how she kept her cool or even continued with the order. I wouldn’t have.
What really got me was when my 10-year-old nephew said, “Why were they acting like that? I wish I was older so I could speak up for you.” That broke me. If a child can recognize disrespect that clearly, it speaks volumes about how out of pocket this behavior was.
No mother and child should ever be treated that way. This shouldn’t be tolerated. Ever!!!!!

The girls at the counter were very rude and proceeded to argue with me but the guys were pretty nice. If they were to make some staff changes they would be much better.
The employees were very rude, combative and unwelcoming as they took my order. Upon walking to the stand, the female worker with blue hair did not acknowledge me at all. I had to speak to her and the other young lady first to initiate my order being taken. I placed an order for pretzel bites. The pretzels in the box had clearly been sitting in the window box a while. With that being said, I asked the employee for some of the ones being dusted with cinnamon sugar because I didn’t mind waiting. The blue haired girl said “all of them are fresh” and I proceeded to tell her well I would like the ones being dusted now. Needless to say each of the employees ignored my request and did not give me what I asked for, the pretzel bites I watched being dusted for presentation for the window box. I just took the bites as to not make a scene even despite me PAYING for MY FOOD. The blue haired worker proceeded to stare at me aggressively as I walked off. There was no need for any of that to transpire. I was not rude in asking for what I wanted but it was still clearly a problem.

They never have pretzel dogs or minis. I was told that they were going to have them up in 20 mins but they didn’t. I went to get my eyebrows done and came back to the restaurant. They still were out. The cashier said not to take it to heart because they stay busy but this sucks 🙄

I ask Marqavius P. was the Salted Pretzel Fresh? He checked them in front of me & said Yes. So I paid $10.12 for the Combo. But when I bit into the Pretzel, it was Not Soft or Warm! It was Chewy, Room Temperature & NOT ? FRESH AT ALL! WILL NOT BE BACK & THE CASHIER DECEIVED ME! I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! NOT WORTH $10 AT ALL! BAD FOR BUSINESS!
Very dry, no taste. Also ordered lemonade, could use more lemon flavor.
Will not purchase again.

Out of pretzels completely. How? What a failure of management.
