Lexington on the Green Apartments

Went for a viewing. The tactic is to show you are fully renovated beautiful Model apartment and not show what you are actually renting. I saw a unit that had a door for the bedroom and hallway for the 2 bathroom, that floor plan makes a LOT of sense. No one goes into anyones bedroom to use a bathroom. Ask about what is actually in the unit. then Came back to see the unit, but could only see one. The unit i was shown, there is a water heater closet smack tab in your bedroom? how romantic is that! And how can anyone sleep knowing a big water tank is in their bedroom, what if it leaks? heck to the no. And everything is for short people you have to be under 5 feet tall to use the sinks and toilets. I have no interest in scrunching down to wash my face or use a toilet. My 5 yr old granddaughter would love it though. I don't know what up with this side of Georgia EVERYTHING showers, sinks, toilets are for shorter people. I'm 5'7 and would be uncomfortable living here forever. Thats the first thing I got replaced in all the houses I boutght in GA the TINY SHORT BATHROOMS. What in the world.

I’d absolutely recommend Lexington on the Green to anybody who is looking for a well kept, quiet, and well managed place to live. The office staff is extremely helpful, and they don’t shy away from communicating with the residents in need. Mr. Gary is that GUY!! He was extremely helpful before, during, and after the move in process and he’s such a sweet soul to talk to. If you’re looking for somewhere new, that’s a bit out the way, but not too far from the city ( ATL ), definitely come check them out!

Great location with professional staff.

Lived here in 2024 was wonderful, Mr. Gary runs the show made sure we had everything we need.
Pros: I felt comfortable going for a jog in this community even at night.
There aren't outside parties every night with loud neighbors.
A lot of food nearby in the area, Walmart, Publix are nothing but 10-15 minutes out from you. The mall is about 20 minutes out as well.
Never had a issue with creepy crawlies, like bugs
We never had issues with wild life or roaches, the only thing that was a concern was the amount of bee's that are in the woods but the bees just run into you. The dog park was okay but needs weekly cleaning a lot of tenants don't pick up after their dog in the park. Tennis court needs a new net but was overall clean.
Never had a issue with my packages getting stolen or arguments with neighbors about leaving trash out. Overall 8/10

Cons: That dang line at the guest entrance is crazy when its holiday season or after school.
Also people constantly are breaking the entrance gate, Not breaking in, just bad driving, but this isn't on the apartment more so on residents, guest, delivery drivers, etc.
They make constant repairs on it but people repeatedly break the gate.
Maybe it was just my apartment but my hot water would run out quickly like within 20 minuets but the water tanks aren't all too big in the first place like in a normal sized townhome.
If it wasn't for that ATL TRAFFIC getting to and from these apartments to downtown, we would have stayed here, but I don't think they can fix that lol.

Overall Score 8/10 would recommend.

Mr Gary is the best !!! He’s understands any issues or concerns!! He’s just NOT a listener he is a dOER . Makes my family and I feel safe ! They are already good at keeping the environment clean but Mr. Gary make sure we are safe as well and the kids are happy especially during the summer. That speaks a lot about an apartment complex he doesn’t see me as a client. He looks at us as family.

I have been living here for a while Gary at the leasing office provides exceptional service. He is always professional, friendly, and attentive to residents’ needs. Gary goes above and beyond to ensure inquiries are promptly answered and that everyone feels welcome. I had an issue with my mailbox he handled it for me His knowledge of the property and leasing process is impressive, making every interaction seamless and pleasant. Lexington on the Green is fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring employee like Gary on their team. And he’s so handsome lol… The whole team is amazing

Apartment haunting on a Saturday was one of the best decisions I could have made especially when I arrived on the property felt like home before i parked my car. Upon entering the rental office Aysa greeted me she has a beautiful spirit very professional and informative , Aysa led me on a tour she was patient answered all my questions with professionalism loved it Aysa is phenomenal I instantly applied for my future appointment the property was so nice and quiet the following Monday I arrived on the property I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gary is amazing I also had a chance to sit with Miss Kamilah property manager whom processes my paper work with ease, kindness and patience Miss Kamilah is also amazing the experience with her was amazing and she is about her job very professional very much DO NOT PLAY I admire her honestly I love the entire staff not only did they gain a resident they have also gained a little sister….I have been in my apartment a few weeks I DO NOT REGRET APPLYING I love it here highly recommend

I’ve been living here for over two years now, and I am beyond grateful for the community at Lexington. Every issue or concern I’ve had has always been addressed with respect and urgency. It’s refreshing to live in a place where professionalism is clearly a top priority.
Gary has consistently made me feel at home since day one, which meant a lot to me as someone moving from out of town. Both Gary and Kamilah have fostered an incredible environment here, warm, welcoming, and well-managed. Thank you both for always showing kindness and care!

Amazing place to stay. Have been here 2 going on 3 years and I have no complaints. The office staff is great especially, Gary the Assistant Manager. He has always been very sweet and helpful from the day I moved in until now. Always available if you need anything, great energy an all around great person. Move here you will not regret it! I love my apartment.

Love living at lexington on the green! The location is perfect, with easy access to the bus stop and several great restaurants nearby. Maintenance is fantastic; Mr Gary is the best not only that personality is amazing and showed the moment we met and that speaks volume. He player a big part in my moving in process and if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t here!!! Thank you Mr. Gary!!!

Break ins in cars all day during the summer for some reason . The gate is never closed at all . The trash overflows every weekend , management is non considering

I have been a resident here for 4 years now. The community is beautiful, well kept and quiet. Gary ( assistant manager) is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice. Lastly he is always welcoming and will follow up to make sure I am satisfied resident here. One of the best staff I encountered so far.

Assistant manager Gary Mills, is the best, he gave us a tour of or exact unit before move in, and responded in a very timely manner to anything I needed, all with the biggest smile on his face. he is hands down theeee besttt. Thank you for everything you do!!!

My family and I were able to tour this complex on a Saturday morning and from the moment we were greeted by Mr Gary, we felt at home. The complex is huge, quiet(my favorite), well-kept and the guided tour by Mr Gary was nothing short of amazing. He showed us a 2b2b unit and we fell in love with how spacious it was. Asya has also been extremely helpful as it is because of her enthusiasm on her social media platform that steered me in the direction of Lexington on the green. After searching and touring so many apartment complexes, my family will finally be able to call this place home next month! Thank you for the direction, Asya and thank you for the hospitality, Mr Gary!!

The staff here are excellent. They make sure that the place is clean and it’s a good experience to be here. Great job.
