Went for a viewing. The tactic is to show you are fully renovated beautiful Model apartment and not show what you are actually renting. I saw a unit that had a door for the bedroom and hallway for the 2 bathroom, that floor plan makes a LOT of sense. No one goes into anyones bedroom to use a bathroom. Ask about what is actually in the unit. then Came back to see the unit, but could only see one. The unit i was shown, there is a water heater closet smack tab in your bedroom?...

I’d absolutely recommend Lexington on the Green to anybody who is looking for a well kept, quiet, and well managed place to live. The office staff is extremely helpful, and they don’t shy away from communicating with the residents in need. Mr. Gary is that GUY!! He was extremely helpful before, during, and after the move in process and he’s such a sweet soul to talk to. If you’re looking for somewhere new, that’s a bit out the way, but not too far from the city ( ATL...

Lived here in 2024 was wonderful, Mr. Gary runs the show made sure we had everything we need.
Pros: I felt comfortable going for a jog in this community even at night.
There aren't outside parties every night with loud neighbors.
A lot of food nearby in the area, Walmart, Publix are nothing but 10-15 minutes out from you. The mall is about 20 minutes out as well.
Never had a issue with creepy crawlies, like bugs
We never had issues...
