Well now that I live in Texas, I've not had a Bojangles country ham and cheese biscuit in 15 years and I was so excited to finally get it and so disappointed because the country ham you couldn't even taste hardly because it was so thin I tasted more biscuit and cheese than I did country ham. Ohh no what happened to my favorite breakfast biscuit.

The food was typical but fresh. The atmosphere was generic for a fast food restaurant. The service however was AMAZING. The gentleman at the window went to hand me my food, saw that I was law enforcement, and applied their discount for what I can only guess is law enforcement or first responders. I never EVER ask for a LE discount so for many places, I just wait to see if they have one or offer one. I did not have to say a word and he automatically did it once he saw me in uniform in the drive thru. He even told me to be safe. Its small to many people and most would not understand the appreciation of the discount, but it meant alot to me as I felt appreciated for the risks I take daily. That alone earns a 5 🌟 review from me.

Waited 45 minutes for 6 bo bites and were told it would be a 5 min wait . The new bo rito i didnt care for the texture of the flour tortilla and biscuit gravy sauce. Didnt even apologize for the wait. They could of did better.

We waited in the drive-thru for over six minutes before finally reaching the order point, where all the employees were standing outside. They told us that the reason for the delay was that my husband’s truck is too big, so it didn't trigger the beeping system. We visit this location every other morning after dropping our kids off at daycare. It feels like we were blamed for their lack of efficiency while they were on the clock.

Went here for my lunch break today (around 2pm). I got the 2 piece meal with a sweet tea. My fries were fresh & crispy, so was the chicken. And my sweet tea was sweetened perfectly. It was the best bojangles I’ve had in a while. Great job guys!
