Today on 9/4/2025 we came and ordered at 11:44 am and was told to park in the front to wait for our food for 5 mins. They had us sitting there until 12:20 am until I stepped out of my vehicle to go inside and ask them and waited again for my order which is bad customer service having someone wait 40 mins for a fast food order . Don’t go here go to another establishment that is quicker and more professional and cleaner. Workers and managers were janky and unprofessional 💯.

Nah. Y'all did me wrong. I pulled up into Bojangles wanting that taste of my childhood during my visit. I got me that chicken biscuit and Bo Rounds but they were out of Bo Sause AND Cheerwine! Might as well just my eat my fingernails. Not really, the chicken biscuit was still good, but dang. That sauce and Cheerwine are half the reason I went in the first place. Hopefully next time y'all will do better.

I ordered food online through the mobile app. The app clearly said to come into the restaurant to pick up my food. I have a bad hip. I parked my car hobbled over to the door only to find that it was locked. I got back in my car I pulled up to the drive-through and asked them if they could simply give me my food through the drive up window like so many other fast food places do and they refuse that they said come to the door and I told them I already came to the door and the door was locked. They said well you have to come back to the door so I parked my car again and hobble over to the door and rang the bell and knocking on the door in the so-called manager came over and flatly refused to give me my food I asked for the name and number of the operator he told me it was on the sign which it was not. I finally parked in the drive-through and told them I wasn't moving until they brought me my food not only did they never bring me my food. I actually called the police on me $13.11 45 minutes later I left with no food I had to file a complaint with my bank. I would never recommend this place to anybody

This happens to be the cleanest Bojangles, I have ever been too, from the bathrooms to the dining area. The food tastes great compared to the Bojangles in Fayetteville, NC. The customer service is on point, very welcoming.

The restaurant was clean and my order was cool immediately. The salad was fresh no brown leaves and plenty of chicken in it. They add cheese and tomato as well. The sweet tea was good not to sweet or bland. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating and I love how the place was decorated for Fall with flowers on the tables and a fall display. The the restaurant felt very cozy because of the added decor. The bathroom was also clean and tidy. I would recommend to stop in for a quick bite.
