Buffalo Wild Wings

Very good service all around. The hostess asked if we wanted the high tables and we declined; she then informed us that she would seat another couple ahead of us, which was very nice. Once we were seated the manager informed us of that the prep times were longer than normal for a weekend night and asked if we still wanted to be served. Great job even though it was very busy. We were not ignored and constantly checked on. The food was fresh and hot.

The food was awesome as well as the service of the female bartender. My only complaint is not being allowed to order all flats. Big no no in business. Always give the customer what they want. Just charge extra for special requests regarding wings.

BWW is a good spot. The wings are done well in comparison to other spots. Wait staff is friendly and helpful. Food usually comes timely, and they do a good job of selection on TVs.

Service and food great!! Manager very helpful. Street tacos amazing and the chicken wings Asian style had just enough heat to make my head sweat!! Yum yum

Customer Service was not great at all. They were not busy but the hostess act like she didn't want to help, she saw me standing at the podium, but it seem like she had to finish her conversation with her co-worker before she came to help me . When I suggested that we sit in a booth the woman act like she couldn't clean the table to help out her co-worker( the hostess). Then when she finally came over to move the cups and tray off the table after I sat down, that's when she came to clean the table, she act like she had an attitude. When the hostess cleaned the table she did it in a petty way, I literally had to take the paper towel out of her hand so I could dry the soaked up table that was left behind. Our server was nice, if you can help it do not visit the B.W.W at Stonecrest.

I never have a good experience at this chain. Service was super slow. My salad was really good though

Still sitting here waiting on our appetizer, 5 wings. 50 minutes so far and no food!!!! The guy beside us came in 20 minutes after us and has ordered tacos, ate them and is about to leave. WTF?! They have one waitress at the tables and one bar tender. Its Saint Patrick's day!!!!!!!

Been here before, good food. However, today, we asked to be seated so we could have a drink, because we were told kitchen was backed up due to unexpected orders, we could not order food. 25 mins later, we can order but it'll be another 35mins before you get your food....unacceptable in a restaurant with 6 tables sat, 4 people at bar😐

I went to celebrate a sibling's birthday. Our party was 11 people, and we asked to be seated early although we were still waiting on 4 people. They did this without any problem, which was great(I was expecting to wait for a while). It wasn't as busy as I would have expected for a Friday night right before the super bowl (I guess that was why we were able to be seated so quickly)! There were only about 8-10 tables filled in the restaurant

Had a great time. Food was good and drinks poured well. Our server Ms Sha- was awesome! It was a little warm inside for a bit but the AC soon came on to our relief. I'd go back.

The food quality has really gone down. Use to have the best wings around, now they're barely ok. Only 4 other occupied tables in here and the service is still poor. The music is blaring so loud that I can't hear the people I'm sitting at the table with. Would not recommend it.

Normally a good place to eat, today's experience was less than. Limited menu with no descriptions meant I had to ask what was in each, which apparently ticked Ashley off as she hurriedly ran through the ingredients with attitude. And since when does chili constitute the Soup of the Day? And visits from Ashley were limited to only the necessary ones.... Aka, no drink refills or other check ups, and the place was literally deserted. So needless to say the tip reflected the service. Won't be coming back to this one... Ever!

Poor and very, very, very slow service, food tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. Stay home and cook your own wings, you'll save time and money and they'll be safe to eat. Restaurant has a 85 health score. No thank you.

Had lunch with coworkers, this was my first time there. Food was great and the service was great as well! I'll definitely return!

Apparently, not liking your food and being able to exchange it for equal value is non-existent at this location. When you order your food, you should have the ability to exchange for something that you find appetizing. The conversation made by both working managers that are currently present were, and I quote, "that just because you don't like what you ordered, doesn't mean we can take it off of your ticket." THE REQUEST WE MADE, was to order something in it's place that would be of equal value, not to get free food. So APPARENTLY, satisfaction is not on the menu at this location. Also, LISTENING to what's being requested is an issue as well. There's was more, "hearing just to respond" vs. a sincere attempt to resolve the issue. The server we had, was the best part of the experience through this whole ordeal and they are lucky to have an employee like him. As far as this location is concerned, no more referrals and no more of our money will be spent here. I hope everyone's experience is better than what we had to encounter because a serious retraining on deescalation needs to be had.
