Just came from the drive thru and received no receipt and was also missing an eight piece nugget. I asked for my receipt in order to prove that I ordered an eight piece nugget and they said they couldn’t reprint it, but it was never printed in the first place. When I told them I needed my receipt in order to add it to my rewards, the manager who took my order sent in one of her workers to handle the situation. She informed me that the manager takes the receipts for herself and proceeded to give me my eight piece nuggets. Guess I won’t be getting those points and I also probably ruined her plan to take my nuggets. This was by far the most ghetto experience I have had in my life.

Restaurant is supposed to be open till 2 and the lights are online people are inside working and some people are buying things left and it was 1:14 AM in the morning you pull up they have their board in the drive thru completely turned off so there's no menu showing they know you pull up they turn on they don't say anything and then they turn on again and say hello That's all they say didn't say welcome to BK like you normally expect and you think you're gonna order and they basically tell you their closed you say you're open till 2 AM right no we're closed Very unacceptable poor service why are all your supposed to be open until 2 AM and you decided at 114 you wanna be closed and Burger King wonders why numbers aren't coming into place.

TERRIBLE customer service and food. The morning shift employees are very unprofessional, mainly the manager and drive-thru associate. I was served raw food for the first time in my life 🤢 Never eating Burger King again. This location needs to permanently close asap!

Worst impossible burger ever. Bun was so hot it burned me: clearly microwaved for a reheat. Patty was thin and burnt. Won’t be back. You prob shouldn’t eat here.

I ordered sausage egg and cheese croissant. When I got to the window the girl said they JUST ran out of sausage and eggs so I had to settle for a bacon and cheese croissant. Unacceptable and this is the third issue out of my last three visits.
No customer service. Waited 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged i was in the store, the whopper Jr's i ordered the meat was room temperature and the buns were stale!

Asked for 5 fries we at 3 but came back and ask for the other two we pulled up to the window and had a back and forth conversation while that happened I asked for a sprite and they didn't give me my second drink and most of the employees are some woke women down there 😂
