Why does the company keep replying like they care, yet still no improvements with food or customer service? For years now??? It actually gets worse...

Extremely disappointed with my visit on 11/20.
I stopped by this location in the early evening and ordered a simple 2-piece fish meal through the drive-thru. The employee at the window quoted me the correct total of about $6.49, and that is the amount I approved. However, she did not offer me a receipt, and I watched her ball up what appeared to be my receipt and throw it away. I wasn’t feeling well at the time, so I didn’t press the issue — I just wanted to get home, eat, and lie down.
Later that night, I discovered that my card had been charged $28.01 instead of the approved $6.49. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. A young man told me he was the manager, but based on his lack of professionalism and knowledge, I seriously doubted that he held that role. I then asked to speak with the District Manager. He gave me the DM’s name and began giving me her phone number until someone in the background stopped him, and he told me he was not allowed to provide it. No one attempted to resolve the overcharge.
After checking online, I noticed many other reviews describing multiple customer service concerns at this location. I wish I had looked before visiting.
This was my first time returning to Captain D’s in many years, and this experience has made me very hesitant to come back. I hope corporate takes a serious look at what is happening at this store.

The entire experience was , perfect. For the staff to be so young they were professional, the restaurant was clean, well managed and the food I couldn't have asked for anything to make it any better besides MORE. Hidden jem this restaurant, if people ain't coming it's cause they don't know. Keep up the good work.

Came for a pickup at 9:28, headset worker did not respond to speaker nor drove through window. Drove around after 10 minutes and saw her inside with the headset on. Had to get her attention for pickup. Wouldn’t have left a review but seriously no response when the store is open and knowing we are waiting is crazy. Just do better easy job.

My daughters and I went through the drive and received terrible service. I asked a few questions because I wasn't sure what I wanted but unfortunately for me, I guess I took too long because I was told if I didn't know what order that I should go inside. I decided to place an order for my daughter and nothing for myself at this point. When I arrived at the window to pay, I asked the young African American woman if the manager was there, she responded, I am the manager! Wait what! You can't be a manager talking to customers in that manner. Her response was, you were holding up the line. That was not the case, and even if it was.... have you ever heard a report regarding a manager from Chick-fil-A telling a customer to go inside because they are holding up the line? NEVER, they don't tolerate rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I expressed her behavior was distasteful and certainly not customer service-like. Where is the patient-friendly, welcoming attitude? When I asked for a receipt, she said the printer had been broken for 2 or 3 weeks. This location needs an inspection and reboot.

Had some food door dash to my house. It was nasty asf. All of the pieces wasn't cooked properly. And they didn't give me my full order had to go back up there to get the rest. Never again!

The lady that's was taking the order did not hear my order right then she got mad and started talking with and attitude huffing saying pull up ion know how long yo food gone be ... First of all the people who visit this location is the reason why y'all open and getting paid im a humble person . But since she wants to be nasty find a new job with your bad wig wearing self I don't like disrespectful people at all . The owner needs to step up there game with workers and quality period

Fries always taste old they service and staff is from the pits of hell the staff literally cant stand to work there one second yet we have to suffer the consequences with beyond dissatisfaction i really love captain d but not this one go the extra 20mins out to another location!!! Thank me later:(
