I like the food but the service is poor.
I know this happens a lot. The server at the window is talking and not paying attention to the drinks they give to the customers and the lids are not on secured ,and they give you 2 or 3 drinks they spill in your car and you.
I think they need to make sure the lids are on, And pay attention to their job
Not the employee in side.
I was upset the employee did not notice the drinks spilled on me!
I just think this facility should know.

Been coming to this location for over 10 years. Had friends working here. Customer service has gotten so low in quality. I asked for a Cobb salad base NO BACON because pork makes me very sick. I get home, there’s bacon all throughout my salad. Called twice, no answer. Had to drive through the drive through to get a person because doors were already locked to go inside. There was a young lady yelling “no brownies, tell whoever is asking there’s noo brownies” outside the door which I thought was unprofessional. I get to the window to ask them to please remake my whole order, large fry included to which I hear the same young lady yelling “what’s wrong with it?!” , (referring to my salad) They remade my salad and then refused to give me fresh fries because I didn’t return the ones I had left at home.

For the inconvenience of everything, me spending almost an extra hour to get my correct original order made fresh and properly, I thought fresh fries wasn’t a stretch. I’m very disappointed. I hope this reaches management.

This is one of the slower Chick-fil-As we've been to. In the way that most of their restaurants have made the drive thru super-efficient, this one has not. Which made it all the more frustrating when we recieved cold fries.
