I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service. The handling was very unprofessional. I have been here many times before, but this time the service was very poor. The issue stemmed from another customer , but the manager's handling was extremely poor. He skipped over my order as if I were a criminal. I highly disapprove of his conduct.Individually, my experience may not impact your work significantly, but I want to speak up to encourage you to change your approach and handle your tasks differently.

My wife went and spent (almost) $30 of our hard earned dollars on 2 salads and for the second time these were the worst prepared salads. We had to eat around these stems to eat the leafy parts. Needless to say how annoying this was. Not to mention certain toppings that were left out. Very disappointed!

Please for quality! This salad is not made with Romain lettuce & it's mostly stems. This is the 2nd time straight. I get home & you tell me to bring the salad tomorrow with the receipt (if I get a receipt). This location is a continuous disappointment with the salad & management please do better with quality control & with telling customers to put it in their fridge & bring it back the next day. I only stop here before getting on the interstate so it's out of my way actually.

The morning crew is awesome but everytime I stop by for lunch or dinner the workers look miserable and the food is horribly cooked.I moved in this area in 2019 and have been meaning to post a review...but I'm starting to wonder if management has changed within the past year because they've been resembling McD's within the past 6-12 months.

The food was fresh and hot, however the bun on my sandwich was a little hard. The lemonade was nore like lemon water and I had to ask for sweetener. We ordered a milkshake with one of our meals which never came to the table so we had to go ask for it they had ended up giving it to someone else so we had to wait for it to be made again. I only had only gone inside to wash my hands so we sat in the dining room.This was not the best experience I have had at this location and will probably only do the drive thru from now on if I happen to be in the area.
