There is a reason Chick-fil-A along with Disney, & Ritz Carlton are among the highest in customer service is because of their process and the people they hire. They don't hire just anyone. I pulled up and the line was verry long. But, from ordering to getting my food took under 10 mins. My order was was anice 4 person $50 order. Everything was there with extra napkins and sauces. My grilled chicken sandwich was juicy grilled to perfection. We ordered mac and cheese as sides including my mother. That says a lot especially since she makes a good mac and cheese. That chocolate chuck cookie warm is unbeatable. I paired it with their vanilla ice cream is a sweet tooth cheat code. The new drink is refreshingly great. Chick-fil-A is heaven on earth! I spend more for great service with a smile every time without questioning the receipt.

I was one that would always say that chick-fil-a has the best customer service, but this location has proved me wrong! I don't know what happened, but it's going down hill! Drive through needs organization!! 😒 who is training the staff?? The attitudes do not meet the Chick-fil-A standard.What is going on! This location is messing up the Chick-fil-a reputation!!

I wouldnt pay two fleas for this meal. This location was just not good at all. My pimento sandwich looked like it was made in a rush. No honey. Cold. The chicken felt like it was fried way to crispy. The fries are usually hot and crispy too. Not here. They tasted like either they didn't even finish cooking or these were leftover fries. They were soggy! You ain't gotta worry bout my complaints no more cuz I won't be back there.

I wanna send this review to discuss about this particular store. I went inside the store to do the speak with the hiring manager. About a situation that was pretty nice to my daughter. Very, very unprofessional, one particular lady name Carolyn. She was very. She was very understanding to the situation. But Chelsea, which was the hiring manager, was not. They call my daughter Ann for an interview. Shoot was that was not Pacific about the time frame if you look on the email address. I it, it looks as though they wanted her to be there around between the hours of 230 and 3 o'clock, but she got there at 2:41. She answered the store. Reminds you, she's only 16 years old. So that means that I literally had to go and get her from school and I had to get her from school and get her ready for the interview and then at that bring her up there. So with that being said, she literally was only 11 minutes late and this Chelsea, which is considered as the hiring manager. She was not understanding that about the situation at all. Also, also I asked to speak to her several times she refused to come to the front. She told my daughter that she had another interview to do within seconds of my daughter being late from the interview. Chelsea immediately sent her notification, stating that they decided to go on with someone else. Not even giving her an opportunity to. Justify or rectify? What say the reason for her tardiness? I tried to explain to them on the behalf of my daughter. Just very unprofessional on every level. This store here when you walk in the door is sometimes you're greeted with. Hello, welcome Chick-fil-A and there are times when you're at night. There's a lot of things that needs to be worked on within this store and managers. Need to be a little bit more understanding when they are hiring. 16-year-olds that these kids are in school. These are their first job. Some of these students are actually dis at first job so they're trying to learn the rope. S be willing to give someone A. Chance to understand and if you have a child that is applying for this particular store, be mindful that you may run into some types of encounter, especially if you are within.You're not one time and you have a student and not a grown person inside a school of graduate.

Always a Plessure the onliest thing when ppl are getting up in age they don't need to be in such a fast pace environment if they're unable to keep up. My client waited almost 20 minutes after he got his food to get an ice cream. Why?? I made them take the cold food and replaced it with his same order just hot (new order) because the lady dragginggggg just to get an ice cream cone, made his order COLD. Other than that, that day Chic Fil A is Always On Point‼️
