I give five star on every category because Chick-fil-A serving good but I have one issue today I went to pick up my food and girls are working without the gloves, hand gloves so that was like unhygienic I felt so because of that I was putting this review rest is fine

This location is not the normal Chick Fil A restaurants that I'm used to. The staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Whomever the owner is, they need to implement more training especially in the customer service area.
I enjoy Chic Fila A a lot, but the quality of this location has diminished (possibly because it's in the mall). The workers were standing around on phones and talking while we waited for food. My order was missing multiple items - which rarely happens elsewhere. I prefer the "standalone" stores for the consistency of quality service.

Terrible !! The girl in the red in so rude … also the girl in blue !! The both have attitudes the worse service , on history . When I walked up to her she already had an attitude I asked her multiple questions … and she already have an attitude made me wait in line on purpose … just because she has an attitude with the costumers . Terrible … service
