My parents went to the Chili’s at Stonecrest this evening to celebrate their anniversary, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. They were seated, but no one ever came back to take their order or even check on them. They sat at their table for almost an hour before finally deciding to leave.
To make matters worse, they watched other guests who were seated after them get served promptly, while they were completely ignored. Elderly guests — celebrating a special occasion, no less — should be treated with the utmost respect and care. Instead, they received no service at all.
Thank you, Chili’s at Stonecrest, for ruining what should have been a joyful night. I will not be recommending this location to anyone

Been to Chili's plenty of times, the food is ok, fair prices. If you're looking to get out and grab a bite. it's not a bad choice.

I took the grand kids out to lunch and they wanted Chillies we had a great time they ate there food and mines to we enjoyed the time we were there.the service was excellent. We also had food left over to take home.

I normally drive to Conyers Chili's location, but I decided let me give my local Chili's a try. I sat at the bar and waited 10 mins for the bartender to appear. When she finally appeared she started flirting with another patron all before she even looked my way or greeted me. Finally offered a menu to me, but never offered me water. After giving me the menu she went back to flirting and even packed up this man's food all before taking my order for food and drinks. Once she took my order it came out quick and hot and tasted great. However, I think I'll just stay at the Conyers location.
This place has been out of Titos, Mich Ultra and a few other beverages for 3 weeks. The chicken enchilada soup is good but the tortilla strips that go in it is always stale. Management is really a joke at this place they don't that anything serious or listen 2 what the customers say r suggest.

To Go order was missing items and looked it had been drooped on the floor. When I call about the missing fries, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and counting. The portions were very small for the price. Their dine-in for lunch service and quality are better.
