I usually order ChilI’s via DoorDash, but decided to actually go in today. I was very PLEASANTLY surprised by the great service I received and from two high school students at that. My transaction was a little complicated and my server Devonique very patiently worked with me to get my order placed correctly. She was so professional, well trained, (which I say because I’ve previously experienced issues trying to use a giftcard) and very kind to my two children that couldn’t stop arguing. Another server named Mia also assisted and was equally as kind and professional. The manager had to step in as well and was very nice also. We will for sure be visiting again and I’m so happy to see a restaurant in Stonecrest doing things the RIGHT way!Kid-friendliness: They’re patient with kids.
Ann was amazing, best server I think I've ever had in my life. Very kinda and frequently checked on our table. 5 stars! Definitely coming back to see Ann.

Service was horrible and when speaking to the manager about the issue it seemed that he did not care. Restaurant was half full and it took forever to recieve food and drinks. After being served our server never came back to check on us.

This Chili's is just okay. The server seemed new or in training. The server forgot to give eating utensils and napkins. The place needs a face-lift it just seems drab inside.

Good service and manager checked on us several times. Enjoyed the food that was fresh and hot!
Well everything was going well we had my guess and I both had the three for three I think it was like 1099 or something like that anyway when it came time to pay the bill she swiped our cards for us I guess because it was really nobody in the restaurant so she was just being very customer service oriented she showed my girlfriend total and the total was 15 dollars so we were trying to figure out why I was $15 if the food was about $10 and maybe 11 and some change with tax she explained that the machine automatically added the tip so that was a little frustrating that's something that should be told the customer's prior to the table and not just assume we were going to tip her , the food was good and the service was great I mean there wasn't really anybody in there. but I still think that the Tipping should be up to the customer not the machine or the company itself determining how much you should tip.

I got the 3 for $10.99 (the cheese burger, fries, chips & salsa and drink). Everything was good except the cheese on the burger was hard). The young lady at the take out counter was really nice, polite and helpful. ☺️
