The shopping center it's located in is a tad sketchy, and this place fits right in, but the food is great.

This restaurant’s customer service and quality has severely diminished over the years . The last time I came they asked me to Zelle the money due their system being down. I understood things happen so I gave them another chance. The young boy answering the phones was rude and condescending, once confronted he continued to have a nasty attitude. With the way this business being ran, I highly doubt they will be here for much longer.

To be honest, they could be a lot nicer. Considering the fact 99% of their consumers are african american & have been holding their business up for a long time. The stereo type is definitely real (here.) Although you may get decent food (like the Lp wigs), all i saying....be prepared to be followed around.

Chicken is not cleaned. A waste of money. I won’t be back.
The food is delicious especially their lemon pepper wings however the people are so money hungry. I’ve spent so much money at this establishment since I’ve moved to the area. But this last time was definitely my last time returning, the lady at the counter charged me $0.50 for an extra plate after I’ve already spent money on the food which is ridiculous. I understand inflation but for a plate for food I paid for is crazy

This place changes prices like the nail salon a couple of doors down from them and you never know what you’re going to get. I ordered the same thing I’ve been getting for 3 years braised wings with shrimp fried rice. I could count the shrimp that was in my “yellow fried rice” that’s what the lady told me on the phone when I was placing my order ? um ok. I always ask for my sauce on the side do you know that they tried to charge me $1.25 to put my sauce on the side and then it was a different sauce then what I normally get. It was just too much going on. As much as I wish things were the same as before because they are so close to my house. I cannot keep paying for lack of quality and the continuous price increases.

My son and I went to China King. We visited there about 3 years ago and decided to go again. My son decided to get the "Garlic Shrimp," and I decided to get the "Sesame Chicken." The wait time was minimal. We pick up our food and look inside. I questioned the workers as to whether my son had the right meal because it looked like a vegetable plate. He assured me that there were 4 to 5 jumbo shrimp in the platter. There were only 3 medium shrimp. I was very disappointed in the service and the untruthfulness. I will not be visiting again because I believe that once you are deceptive, you will continue to be. Please make sure you are getting what you are paying for at China King.
