The shopping center it's located in is a tad sketchy, and this place fits right in, but the food is great.

This is the location behind the QT and Pizza hut. Go to this place NOT the one in Publix parking lot. These people have been in this location for years serving the community and it is better food and service. Most of these American places are the same but sometimes they stand out and this one does.

Now for the rest. The customer service was horrible. No warmth, no friendliness, and it felt rushed and unwelcoming. On top of that, the prices are high for what you’re getting, which makes the service sting even more.
I might come back only for the rib tips, but...
