Every time we go here, one of the sides are always wrong. I guess it's our fault, we really need to check our food before we leave.
On this instance, we also ask for the barbecue chicken sandwich to not have a bun. It was firmly encased inside of a bun.
I'm giving it a three for the service though, because even though we showed up late, the cashier was personable and attentive. I don't remember what his name was, but he was wearing a skull cap and was not short on the eye contact.
Absolutely the BEST fast-food burgers and chili/slaw dogs I have ever had. They actually taste like some that I just grilled myself, and they're always hot and freshly cooked, even at 2:30am! Add in 40+ flavors of shakes and what's not to love!!!
Listen cook out will always be a great late night to go...and shout out to this location for always making the drive thru a fast paced even when line look like the lines at SIX FLAGS.....

My son and I stopped here to grab a quick bite while traveling. It took us a little while to order because we had never been here before. The cashier was extremely patient and helpful. Food came out hot and it was delicious!

Standards vary from location to location, and unfortunately, today, I came to a Cookout where the food fell seriously short. I decided to give the chicken quesadilla a try.. it was around $6 bucks after tax... when i opened the bag i saw a small flat folded flour tortilla... i thought it was some mistake.. I opened it and could not tell if there was chicken inside. Absolutely stunned at what i received.. this portion wouldn't even satisfy a small child.. a literal two bite quesadilla with little to no visible chicken... a complete and utter disaster. Save your money. Stick with the mediocre burgers if you must order something at this location

Oh but you best believe they charged me for everything I asked for.
