I went in for two cups of ice told them i would pay for them. The lady at the front said “no we not doing that”. What pissed me off is she had just let the lady in front of me get 3-4 cups of ice without paying. Like damn I’m asking for frozen water and can’t get it but you didn’t hesitate when the other lady asked and didn’t pay.

The food is good and affordable but sometimes the person taking the orders isn’t as friendly as I think a customer service representative should be. They could work on customer service skills at this location. Besides the attitude from the one girl- don’t know her name- I would go back though.

This was my first time at this location & I wanted chili dogs really bad. In past experiences the chili dogs at The Cookout have been really good however today the chili was over seasoned with salt & pepper (or whatever seasoning they used, it was very salty). I got fries with cajun salt & my fries were soggy. The only thing really good from this was my m&m milkshake. That’s why there’s two stars.
