It’s cookout, if you been to any other locations you know it’s just a good late night snack location with fire creamery’s. They also have seasonal items on the shake menu and Cheerwine!! This location is always clean and they give good service and hot fresh dishes!! Highly recommend this location over others I have visited!!

I went in for two cups of ice told them i would pay for them. The lady at the front said “no we not doing that”. What pissed me off is she had just let the lady in front of me get 3-4 cups of ice without paying. Like damn I’m asking for frozen water and can’t get it but you didn’t hesitate when the other lady asked and didn’t pay.
Customer service is bad but that’s what is expected from this location smh.

Even though it was 2:30 in the morning and the cars are wrapped around the building, my food came out hot my milkshake cold my fries piping hot and the service at the window was excellent!!!
