This is the 2nd time I requested NO BARBECUE SAUCE ON MY BARBECUE SANDWICH AND BARBECUE TRAY!!!!!! And what do I get when I get home? BARBECUE SAUCE ON MY BARBECUE TRAY!!!!! Why is it so hard for you all to just adhere to my request?!?!? This sucks.

This time around the line wasn't excessively long since usually its long enough that the last car in line is still on the main road at the entrance to the location. It was a quick service and the food was hot. I was satisfied this time around

The food was horrible, the only desible was the tea the fries was cold and the Quesadilla was. Awful. And the wraps was nasty Beware after my order settled for peanut butter crackers and crossing three lane to get back to my hotel room. What a waste of time and good money down the drain. Beware don't do it.

After walking into the restaurant I was lead not to order a meal even though my sister did. The restaurant is filthy- from behind the counters , tables and restrooms. Yes there was hiring signage in the entry door but surely the available team could have planned for someone to sanitize. Less than 10 customers came through including drive through while we were in dining area. Fries tasted as if cooked in burnt oil.I’m from NC and a regular cookout patron- this eat in site did not meet company standards I sure
It took me 5 times to order my food on drive thru... they still didnt listen and just wanted to push me gone and still messed up the order...Ate here at least 20 times beforeNever againThey dont listen on the drive thru or at the windowLost a lifetime customer hereGood luck !!

I was sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes before closing time for the workers to refuse to take my order and accuse me and everyone in line of driving around the police car to order. Although we all explained to them that we did not go around the police car and that we have all been waiting 15+ minutes before closing time. They refused to service us stating they have families to get home to, as if servicing the customers that were already in line well before closing time isn’t part of their job description. The worst customer service I’ve experienced. To accuse me of going around a police car for a $6 burger is crazy.
