Order took 3x too long to get here. Food was COLD! Pizza was cut one time right down the middle with a few tiny cuts on the edges. What a waste of $50!

The delivery didn't come and I had to go up there, then the young lady was just saying anything, the only good thing is that they remade my food and gave me an extra pizza for the delivery fee. This is something that happens frequently at that location and the phone has been down for about 7 months now so it just rings on your end but doesn't go through to the restaurant

the pizza was delicious. honestly the rating is for the pizza. the cookie brownie appeared to be thrown together. (it was sliced uneven like it was multiple brownies put in a box) as well it was cooked unevenly. some parts were doughy while some cooked completely through. service was trash. i wasn't really bothered by the wait since i noticed it was one person in the store. however he didn't greet anyone just asked if we had a pickup once he was done with the order he was working on. also $1 for crushed pepper and cheese packets wow. lastly i said thank you and have a nice night and didn't receive any response.

Walked in and saw one of the workers come out of the bathroom and make a pizza with no gloves. None of the workers had on gloves in fact. Disgusting

Worst experience ever! We waited almost 1 1/2 hrs for our pizza delivery. When the app indicated that the driver was approaching, my son went outside, but no one showed up. Then the app showed the pizza had been delivered. After trying to call the restaurant with no success, my son and his father drove to the store. The guy behind the counter told my son that someone came in and cancelled our order an hour earlier. After I sent over receipts and screen shots, the guy then told my son to give him a minute and he would remake the order. After waiting another 25 minutes, my son approached the counter for a status check. This same guy then looked at my son and told him he never said he would remake the order! At that point I told him to come back because we wouldn't want anything made by this guy. I promptly sent a complaint to corporate and to request a refund. I received a reply that a franchise representative would be contacting me. After several follow-ups I have yet to be contacted. It has been over a month. Now looking at the other reviews, this seems to be the norm for this location. I just find the entire situation so disappointing.

This was the worst experience my family had ever encountered. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address. My children never got to eat the night the pizza was ordered. The total came out to 49.64; my daughter's card was charged 59.64. We reached out directly to the location and were given the runaround. A manager should have been on duty to address the issue, but we have yet to speak with someone in charge. I feel like Domino's stole money from my family. I have been calling for two days trying to resolve this. I have yet to speak with anyone. This is the second time this has happened to us. Do NOT USE Domino's on Deklab Medical Parkway. It is the worst.

I placed an order for delivery after an hour waiting I called and no one at the store picked up so I drove to the store and the pizza was sitting there getting cold. The worker tells me there's a 2 hour wait for pizza. So everyone getting their pizza is getting pizza that's an hour and a half late and cold smh. Probably my last time taking my business to Domino's for a while.

I can't get a refund I should've known not to order here again when this happened last time but I was tying to give benefit of the doubt and yk im mad because I NEVER leave reviews at this point they just need to shut down this location its so bad

The worse service. I try to give places a chance but the inconsistency is ridiculous. I ordered a pizza at 6:15 and they started baking it at 7:15, just for the pizza to be ready at 8:00pm. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
