“This was the most unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had. My order was made incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be corrected, the employee insisted it was what I ordered and became argumentative when I requested a refund. The manager eventually offered to remake the drink, but at that point I just wanted my money back. After more back and forth, I was finally refunded, but the experience was rude and frustrating from start to finish. I will not be returning to this location.”

This is my favorite location. I’ve been coming here for three years. I ordered the same thing most of the time and the staff here are very nice. They recognize the regulars and are always friendly. This is a very busy location, but the key to Quick service is to always order on the mobile app. I never have a problem with my order. Thanks Stonecrest Dunkin.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this location needs to be checked. I stopped by (like I usually do) to grab my go-to order — a medium hot caramel signature latte. I’ve ordered this same drink countless times and I know how it’s supposed to ring up.

Instead, the cashier rang up something totally different — a medium hot original with caramel swirls — and when I politely pointed it out, he completely ignored me. No clarification, no correction, not even a “my bad.” Just hit me with a dry “anything else” like I was the one not making sense.

The lack of care, the attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge the mistake made me drive off without even ordering. Y’all are the only 24-hour location, and I come here often — the least you could do is act like you care.

This might seem small, but a lot of us depend on that one good cup of coffee before a long shift. If employees can’t even listen or fix a simple order without acting like it’s an inconvenience, that’s a problem. Do better.

We came to buy 4 coffees and my wife asked for the password to use the bathroom and they told her she could use the men's one and it's always the same. The women who work here don't share the password to the women's bathroom. It's never, always the same.

I just left this establishment and was disappointed. They didnt have my order right. Then was given a coffee with the lid half way off! As the little worker handed it to me with an attitude through the drive thru- it spilled all over me. She didnt apologize! I had to go back in 3 times! Because they didnt have my entire order! I had to speak the Manager! Will not go back there!

This Dunkin' gets it! My coffee always tastes like coffee, as it should, that is nice & hot. Never too much cream and never lukewarm.
