Came last Friday for pork souse was told on Saturday’s only. Today is 4/1 12:02 sign says open at 11am and they’re closed smh!! Must be a sign that I should listen to the reviews.

Seafood choices were great and cooked perfectly. But I asked for "Hot" it tasted very mild. Also very very salty! Food was cold and we ordered seafood boils so that was a bit confusing. But we were hungry so we smashed lol. It wasn't disgusting at all. Just maybe had an off day.

If I could give more stars, I would! Service amazing! Food amazing! Worth every Penny! Highly recommend. If you're cheap, don't bother. The prices are well worth it.

My very first time was horrible. I went on their instagram page and seen chicken souse! I was sooo excited because this was the only place that sold it. So i arrive just to be torn by the cashier that they only posted it to get customers to come in lol I was so mad!!! Like dude. I waited in traffic for that. So i decided to order mussels. The had a little taste. People kept coming in and ordering and getting their food before me! So I’m like dang what’s going on! Couldn’t leave because I had already paid! I was in there 45 minutes lol. Then i said on its BLACK own let me try to support again! Ordered the souse the next time and it was sooooo nasty. It tasted like vinegar water! Hopefully they take their time next time!

My wife and I talked about trying this spot a couple of weeks ago for many reasons. First, we're from south Florida (we always support hometeam). Second, I'm from Miami (Carol City). I was a little skeptical to try them because of mixed reviews. Well, we ate their food tonight. I must say we weren't disappointed. Everyone has their style with cooking Bahamianand Miami style seafood, especially conch. If you mess up conch, throw the whole business away. ? My wife got the conch, fries and crab balls. I will say the fries need a pinch of salt and the crab balls gotta be a little bit more golden colored. However, the conch was tender and seasoned well. I'll definitely try them again. Keep reppin' the 305, fam. ??

The way they treat people is disgusting… I mean just look at the way they respond to the comments of paying customers ??♂️. The guy in the front that took my order was cool, but the lady horrible. I'm from Miami and moved to Covington (East of Atl) a year ago. I was SOOOOOO EXCITED and HAPPY when I found this place because I can't seem to find good food on this side of town. I drove over 35 mins for pure disappointment. And disappointment is an understatement. When I tell you I was so ready to taste "home", I ordered almost everything on the menu. Crack conch, chicken souse, salmon with ($5.00) upgraded seafood rice, shrimp, and garlic potatoes. The Crack conch had burned pieces and didn't taste like conch at all, chicken souse was the worst I ever had with really dark chicken (I never seen that before)...just everything was a no for me. I could have threw the food away because it was trash. If you're use to "Miami flavored" food, save your money. No way they are from the crib/Dade

3rd time I’ve gone to this place. The sign says closes at 9pm. I was not let in the first time because “the cook just left because we was slow” it was 8:05pm. 2nd time I got there at 8:20pm and go in and the worker says we are closed. My 3rd and final time was today, arrived at 8:33pm, a lady standing outside says the lady inside is the last customer being served even though sign says open for another 25 minutes. Very disappointed with this place

Food was good and fast. Had one slight hicup but the owner over exceeded the correction. This is the service I like.On my second trip there he even gave me some extra shrimp on my plate.
Shrimp were very good thats why 2 stars, however snapper taste frozen and that upgraded 5.50 so call seafood rice terrible, very bland and has can seafood in it with box yellow rice..needs some seasoning help for sure.. not sure I'll come back?

OMG I lived in the area for 6 years and this was my first time. I ordered eggs, and snow crab legs they were so good!!! Seasoned well... Superb!!! I'll be back!!!!

My seafood rice had 3 shrimp very little if any crabmeat. Too much Garlic Butter. My conch Fritters are normally good but they were overly cooked I had to throw them away. Never had a problem before.

This was my first and last visit!I order grilled salmon and upgraded my rice. It was $23.21The salmon was crunchy on the bottom and edges. The rice had 3 specks of what tasted like canned crab, and the shrimp had a weird texture like they were leftover from days ago.I couldn't eat them at all! I had to spit the shrimp out because I wasn't feeling the taste either!I will NOT be returning, nor will I recommend this place to anyone I care about!
