I went to get some fried dumplin and a beef patty and was asked if i had cash because to use a card the minimum is $10???? $10 is ridiculous

I must confess that my recent dining experience at this establishment was a paradigmatic illustration of the disparity between pretension and actuality. The cuisine, while satisfactory, failed to ascend beyond the realm of mere adequacy – a pedestrian amalgamation of flavors and textures that neither delighted nor offended my refined palate.

However, it was not the culinary shortcomings that prompted my disillusionment, but rather the egregious display of incompetence exhibited by the light-complexioned female server. Her demeanor was a masterclass in rudeness, as if she had mistaken her role for that of a draconian dictator rather than a hospitable ambassador of the establishment. Clearly, she would benefit immensely from remedial training in the fundamentals of customer service – a notion that seems to have eluded her thus far.

Furthermore, the incessant barrage of policy changes – ostensibly designed to enhance the dining experience – served only to annoy and perturb. Each successive alteration felt like a blatant attempt to dictate the terms of my patronage, rather than a genuine effort to cater to my preferences. As a discerning patron, I refuse to acquiesce to such heavy-handed manipulation.

In conclusion, while the cuisine may be passable, the toxic amalgam of inept service and overbearing policy changes has irreparably tainted my perception of this establishment. The light-complexioned server's attitude, in particular, has rendered the entire experience indescribably appalling – a culinary equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. Suffice it to say, my patronage shall be withdrawn forthwith.

There is 1 person to take the order and 1 person to take the money and then they go and get your food and come back and disrupts the next customer giving their order…. This adds to the wait time, pushes the 2pm deadline for the lunch special…. Customer service is also horrible most days. I guess it doesn’t matter when the customer keep buying. I started going to another place where customer service and time management matters. Oh yea and the food taste good as well☺️

Call today at 7:10pm and was told they are no longer serving or making any fried chicken. They close at 9pm. How 2 hours before you close you stop making one of your primary dishes which is a simple drop of fry chicken in oil. If it's not a a friday or Saturday they never cook enough fry chicken to serve the public. People have to work and get off at 6 or 7pm thinking that a place that closes over 2 hours later would still serve their primary dishes. Food is good but what is good food if it is not available!

Food is ok. I’ve had better Jamaican food & the customer service was horrible, both times I’ve been in there. The 1st time I thought maybe she was having a bad day. 2nd time same attitude and different time of the day still horrible.

I came at 4:30 on a Friday looking for another restaurant. It was closed so I went here taking my chances for the first time. I had King fish it came with rice and peas, and plantain. It was delicious and the young ladies at the front were very kind and welcoming. The food came out immediately. I'm glad it was good because I live 40 min away.

Ordered two oxtails plate…. One white rice. She came back and said they gave us extra oxtails…. I knew then something was wrong. Instead we both had white rice, instead of one bean and peas. Food not worth the price. Paid 59 in all for these two plates. Horrible service

??? Nastiest food ever , no seasonings on nothing jerk chicken was disgusting and burnt Mac and cheese was KRAFT DINNER , tasteless Soggy Cabbage , change the name this is poor representation of Jamaican

Wow what's wrong is what I wanted to say when I walked in horrible attitude! Just close down and you don't have to deal with people ordering food SMH SAD!

The person serving had the nastiest attitude. Oxtail was ok but too pricey.
