Firehouse Subs Stonecrest

This was the absolute worse visit ive had here tried to order on the app wouldn't let me use my app so i downloaded it again still didnt work okay I go in Store and tell the cashier its not working she says all she can do is call the manager smdh and that i shpuld download app again which I already had done so I said ok I wont be able to use my 25 % off this order i ask for manager she says he not here she would have to call really smdh ok so I go ahead and order anyway two sandwhiches she asked me twice what I want on them I tell here how i want them now why when I get home both sandwhiches are missing things I asked for why ask a customer what they want on it if you only gonna make it the way you want to but I know and upon looking at my recit I noticed she put order in wrong I k ow why too one reason is they had radio so loud like a sports bar employees laughing and joking around instead of pay attention to orders called back of course no body ansered the phone cause according to.them.manager wasn't there yall gotta have better customer service than that dont think ill be going back to this location all employees need to trained or something cause this is unacceptable terrible sandwhich on this day and definately was worth the money or my time today

Made a pickup order at this location as I have never had Firehouse, went to go pick it up. All I will say is, the customer service isn’t great. I walked in, wasn’t greeted or asked anything about a pick up order. The thing is, about 2-3 people walked in after me and also were not greeted or asked about their order.

After about 10 minutes, I go up to the counter and look at the to go bags myself. All of sudden, one of the female staff, asks with a nasty attitude, what is the name on the order…. Ma’am I’ve been here along with these other people for 10 mins, at this point I might as well get it myself. My order had been ready and sitting there……and not to mention, the other customers still were never addressed either. Respectfully, if you don’t want to work in customer service, don’t. Asked on the customer service I experienced myself, and witnessed other people experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

My first time there and eating a Firehouse Sub. It was delicious 😋. The workers were so nice and friendly. Location was very clean. I definitely will be coming back again. Awesome!!!!

They are a joke at this location. I will not be returning. I almost got out of character in there . And this is an update from the following review.

I count about five employees right now and they aren’t working efficiently at all. I placed my order online at 615. and it was supposed to be ready at 635. Its currently 650 so I had to ask how much longer. Another 6 minutes. This is ridiculous. People have walked in, ordered their food and are now out the door. I would’ve been better off doing the same. Please do better in here!

The thanksgiving sub is easily the best sandwich I have had in a long time. The meal was delicious and the staff was very polite and quick. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I normally don’t like doing stuff like this but this was just Unacceptable my boyfriend had a meatball sub and I had the turkey bacon sub they used the same knife with all of that tomato sauce on it to cut my sandwich I could’ve threw up I’m soo mad and this was sooooo disgusting and total loss of appetite nothing worse then getting home to seeing this
