Upon entering there was a welcoming staff with smiles on there faces and kind greetings.

Wheelchair accessibility: Service upon entrance was a comfortable atmosphere. I have mobility issues. The exterior easy to handle ramps and the the doors offered a smooth give.

Food was good and well prepared but service was lacking in professionalism. Young workers were talking loudly about personal stuff and music was a little too loud.

Definitely need better customer service. The workers at this location on November 26 @ 4pm. I did an online purchase & upon my arrival I was told that my order was not received. I advised the cashier that I showed a payment & even thou my order is showing not received I would handle this matter with my bank card. I then asked could I make my order in the restaurant & the attitude I received from the 4 workers I decided I would rather leave this establishment & advise all employees that customer service should be considered priority & needs improvement! I explain in the past my experience has always been great the reason I come to this location. I went to the Conyers location & the experience was fantastic from the time I entered & upon leaving!! Greetings with smiles & Thanking me for coming♥️.

It saddens me I have to go to another location far from my home when Stonecrest location is the closest to experience customer service that will definitely make me want to revisit!

Chunky female with the braids was rude and unfriendly all because I tried to dap her up. LOL Everyone else was the opposite of this and actually had some semblance of class. Food was decent.

Walked in for my Veterans Day (which we get once a year), and before I could even get "Veterans combo" out of my mouth the young man behind the counter said they couldn't do it because they were "out". I wasn't even asked what type of sub I wanted, they were just "out" with no other explanation. We literally treat our own like trash, but to treat disable Veterans coming in once a year for a medium sub and chips is just diabolical. Thank you for showing veterans love and respect Firehouse!

I had been wanting to go for alo ng time to check out the veggie sandwich. It didn't disappoint I truly enjoyed. The service was a little slow it took about 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches...

Wasn't as tasty as the one I usually go to. I was my guest 1st time trying Firehouse as I bragged about how much better it was than Subway. And I was disappointed that he disagreed. It was because hhe sandwich making was all off. It wasn't a tasty sandwich at all. At least not at this location. 🤮
