I noticed the cashier had come from preparing food and was still wearing his gloves. After taking my order on the register, he immediately returned to preparing food. I mentioned that he should remove the gloves while working the register, to which he replied, "I'm multitasking". The Manager overhead the conversation and had no problem with the unsanitary practice.
I love going into a restaurant, and they make you feel at ease. The girls were nice and didn't mind answering my questions and they made me laugh.

I walked in and no one says anything to you. They have section for the online orders pickup but apparently they don’t put the orders there so I don’t know what’s the point of having it. After sit waiting for 20mins I had to ask someone is my order ready, and they had it just sitting behind the counter like I’m suppose to see it and know that it has already been made. Worst customer service, but at least they know how to make a sandwich. The place was also dirty like no one cleans through out the day. First and last time going here.

Always love a sandwich from here. I wish they had more locations that were convenient to me. But the stonecrest location is a favorite.The sandwiches are a healthy portion. The engineer is a very popular sandwich.I enjoy ordering ahead thru the app. Although I'm disappointed that if you don't scan your barcode before you pay, you cannot get your credit for your purchase and earn points or whatever. I was also told on location that I had to order/redeem my birthday reward thru the app when the app says it could be done either way.I gave the atmosphere a 3 because while it's never dirty in there I just feel like it could be kept better. Tables straighten up and wiped more often. I just always take my food to go.Overall, I will return because they consistently put out a good product.
