Placed my order online at noon. It was ready at 2pm as promised. I messed up the boarder description when I ordered. The gentleman was nice enough to offer to fix it! I didn't have time to wait, but was extremely grateful for his willingness to help. Thank you!!

Delicious cookies.
They gave us cookies that dropped on the floor. I didn’t know until my husband told me after we left. I threw them away. Unsanitary and disgusting.

Good cookie's horrible service. I think I'll stick with crumble. The cookies not as good but they treat you better.

Website states location closes at 9pm. Mall closes at 8pm. Arrived at 7:45pm (there is a sign stating to go to front counter) and staff stated they were closed. I drove 30 mins just for the cookies! This is unacceptable as there should be clarification about hours and staff should not close EARLY! We were unable to get ANYTHING and staff was putting remaining product to the side when we would have been happy to purchase at least some of it.

Cookie was Raw… counter lady was so rude! Asked her a question and just threw my bill at me and walked away! Ride!
Even though I was unable to order directly from the GAC website for delivery to my mother, I was able to do so on the Uber Eats app and they did a terrific job. There are other GACs closer to my mother, but this location was the only one to offer delivery on the Uber Eats app. They did a terrific job with little notice! Thank you!
The cookies the first time were okay. The second time I got bad service and a tummy ache from the double doobies. Will not be revisiting this establishment.
I absolutely love the Pecan Cookies. However the Customer Service from the two Hispanic Women working the counter was unprofessional and unacceptable. You should never yell at your co-workers in front of customers and tell customers you're frustrated because it's busy??? I would think that's what's keeping you employed? ???(Stonecrest)6/12/21
