I ordered through door dash and they reached out to me to alert me one item I ordered was not available and reconfirm my order to me customer service is everything if they took the time to care that I wouldn't receive what was ordered meant alot often times I order something and get the wrong thing or nothing at all good customer service makes or breaks a business and they got it right...

First time coming here, I got the jerk chicken for my friend and I. I have never had such spicy jerk chicken. It was way too spicy and my friend is Haitian so the fact it was too spicy for him is crazy. I took it in and asked them about it and told them it was way too spicy for us. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all. All they did was give me a container of oxtail sauce to put over it. We spent $40 on our food so that was disappointing customer service. I will never come back here again.

I recently visited Hilltop Caribbean Grill in Stonecrest, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The lady serving me was completely unprofessional, spending the entire time on her phone discussing her personal life.

When I tried to ask a question, I was met with rudeness and attitude. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected.

To make matters worse, the food on the steam table looked unappetizing - dry and like it had been sitting out all day.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hilltop Caribbean Grill to anyone. The combination of poor customer service and unappealing food makes it a place to avoid.
