Title: Poor Customer Service and Unappetizing Food



I recently visited Hilltop Caribbean Grill in Stonecrest, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The lady serving me was completely unprofessional, spending the entire time on her phone discussing her personal life.

When I tried to ask a question, I was met with rudeness and attitude. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I left feeling disrespected.

To make matters worse, the food on the steam table looked unappetizing - dry and like it had been sitting out all day.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hilltop Caribbean Grill to anyone. The combination of poor customer service and unappealing food makes it a place to avoid.

Order a veggie plate and was informed from the boss instructions that they couldn’t make a quick brown stew or curry gravy even if you offer to pay for it

Been going there for years, went today they had a new girl, got my order to go and was very disappointed when I opened it. Looked liked yesterday’s left overs that had been left out overnight, and not even a full order. My advice: check your orders before you leave.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile. The restaurant had good music playing in the background. The food delicious, freakin delicious!!!! Not spicy at all, added hot sauce for a kick. I end up getting macaroni and cheese, rasta pasta chicken, and rasta pasta shrimp. I wanted the collard greens, but they didn't have any more left. I went around 8pm and they close at 10pm So worth the 55 min drive there and back.

Great food.!!! Seafood soup on Saturdays is the bomb. Grill salmon ? ?

Vegetarian options: Was surprised to see so many vegan option available.

If you’re trying to come here to eat, don’t plan on it. Customer service is absolutely terrible, couldn’t take my order, couldn’t tell me any prices, and couldn’t assist with anything when I came in. Like someone said before, if you don’t wanna work, don’t come to work. People are out here trying to support your business and put money in your restaurants pocket and you don’t even act like you wanna serve anything. No thank you.

I’ve been there several times, the food was great but the service was mediocre but today I brought a family member for the first time and trying to give my order was horrible. If a person doesn’t want to work then stay home!!! We left and took our money elsewhere!!!

I usually stop here when I'm coming in and leaving out of Atlanta. They are usually excellent and on point. This time, their food was off. The oxtails weren't as good as usual. Wonder if they changed owners.

The food is so good every time most def recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

This was my 1st time trying the restaurant. I ordered a curry goat, rice and beans and cabbage dinner. The food was amazing. I knew from it was gonna be good by the way she generosity loaded my plate up with food. I ate it so fast, I didn’t even take a picture. It’s still plenty left for another meal. The service was fast and friendly. I definitely recommend trying them!
