IHOP is a popular restaurant with a good first-time experience. The atmosphere is clean and calm. The food came out in a reasonable time and was hot, ranging from excellent to mediocre. On busy days, there may be a wait, but the service can be very kind, pleasant and attentive. Servers check on guests regularly and graciously address issues with food, correcting any mistakes without issue and with a good customer service demeanor. The staff is wonderful, super friendly, and has an upbeat personality, providing good service that should be highlighted. Despite some mixed results, the restaurant remains a popular destination for breakfast and brunch.
