The food was aweful. The bacon looked like it was fried in old oil or almost burnt as it was brown, the eggs looked as if they came out of a carton and just an overall unpleasant experience. I was so hungry before work but could not even finish it. Will never go back or recommend. Should have realized it being empty at 10:20 am was a red flag.

I ordered my food online and went in to pick up my food however the light skinned young guy with the afro was rude and very disrespectful. He asked me my name and got a super attitude when I repeated my name back to him and was like you didn’t have to say it like that…. All I did was repeat my name because he act like he couldn’t hear me. So he proceeded to walk off talk nasty and came back with my good and threw the bags too me like it was trash the only reason I took it because I had already paid and it was fro my kids but I will not be back to this location staff is rude and very disrespectful

Service on Christmas Day was the worst. The restaurant smelled like marijuana. My order was an hour late, so I left. This estaurant is out of order.

From the minute we walked in, everyone was a pleasure, especially the owner Nash. Super friendly, funny, and genuinely welcoming. He was walking around checking on everyone, and you could tell the staff was happy to be there too. The food came out quick and everything was prompt. Honestly, it brought back memories of when I was younger and customer service actually mattered. The IHOP location on Panola really needs to take notes because their customer service is horrible. It takes nothing to be kind, and this location gets it right.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to IHOP. The menus were very sticky, which immediately made the table feel unclean. I ordered my omelette soft, but it came out extremely overcooked. It was dry, falling apart, and lacked flavor, with very little cheese and chicken. The pancakes were also a letdown texture-wise. They were flat instead of fluffy, though I will say the flavor was at least decent. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially for a place known for breakfast.

Did an online order was supposed to be ready by 919am I gave it time and arrived at 925am only literally 4 customers including children already seated and eating I stood there for 5 min before they finished their personal conversation in the kitchen and acknowledge i had an order. Attitudes were nonchalant and as if it was a bother. I assume it was the manager that went in there and made them actually start making the order 5 min after that. It was only 1 gentleman with a ponytail that was actually concerned and considerate. Everyone else sucked....finally got my food at 943am. How can you not h
Woke up on a rainy Tuesday morning during the holiday season and was greeted by Amanda with Christmas season cheer! Service was immediate! Breakfast was absolutely perfect! The manager by the name of Sharae And my waitress Karen P. were laughing and having such a great time with their coworkers and customers it was a lovely experience and man o man did I say the food was perfect and the pancakes melted in my mouth!!! Thanks team!!! Rigo you did fantastic with those cakes!

I came in for my Veterans Day meal and it was honestly a terrible experience. None of the tables were clean, there was no silverware, and the whole place was just unorganized. It was so confusing because you couldn’t even tell who actually worked there. People who didn’t look like employees were walking around asking for orders. This was by far my worst IHOP experience, which is really disappointing, especially on a day meant to honor veterans.
