Location could use a refresh/upgrade. More than a few tables and the floor were visibly dirty. Children high chair was filthy, we just decided to hold child in lap instead. Kinda slow for a late Thursday morning with like only 2-3 other tables in the restaurant at the time.

great dine in experience.. great waitress we had.. just can't remember name..she was awesome . just a gifted person called to do service.. I love the new $7 meals they have, although I think its only at participating ones.. to be on the safe side just go to the one on Panola Rd..

This ihop is the worst they don't listen chefs cant cook and the tables were dirty they under cooked my food and when I ask them to remake it they gave me the same plate I want to give u zeros but u earned this one

Service and food were great! It did smell like the carpet in the dining area needed to be shampooed. Bathrooms was very clean.
It is easy to give a negative review; however, when you receive good service I believe it should be highlighted. As soon as we walked in, my mom and I were greeted by a young man with a beautiful smile named John. His energy was very refreshing. He actually greeted us like he was happy that we were there. Our server Mya was very kind, pleasant and attentive. She checked on us regularly, but not overbearingly. She graciously addressed a slight issue with our food. No attitude. The atmosphere was clean and calm. I purposely did not go to the I-Hop in Conyers, closer to my home. I wanted to try this location and it did not disappoint. Kudos to the management for training such wonderful young people. Please kepp up the good work.

Every time I order from here the order is always wrong and they don’t even provide syrup when you order pancakes, what damn pancake house does that ?! It’s completely unacceptable and shows the lack of attentiveness from this establishment.

The service was excellent, the food was so so, the restaurant was dirty. Won't be going back.

Probably the worst presentation of food I've seen at any Ihop. Lots of missing items from the syrup stucked together menu, no manager on duty a bunch of young kids running the place. All four of our meals had something wrong or missing. Not even crayons for the kids menus. Had to ask and wait for syrup and even utensils. Ill never go back there.
