It is easy to give a negative review; however, when you receive good service I believe it should be highlighted. As soon as we walked in, my mom and I were greeted by a young man with a beautiful smile named John. His energy was very refreshing. He actually greeted us like he was happy that we were there. Our server Mya was very kind, pleasant and attentive. She checked on us regularly, but not overbearingly. She graciously addressed a slight issue with our food. No attitude. The atmosphere was clean and calm. I purposely did not go to the I-Hop in Conyers, closer to my home. I wanted to try this location and it did not disappoint. Kudos to the management for training such wonderful young people. Please kepp up the good work.

Every time I order from here the order is always wrong and they don’t even provide syrup when you order pancakes, what damn pancake house does that ?! It’s completely unacceptable and shows the lack of attentiveness from this establishment.

Probably the worst presentation of food I've seen at any Ihop. Lots of missing items from the syrup stucked together menu, no manager on duty a bunch of young kids running the place. All four of our meals had something wrong or missing. Not even crayons for the kids menus. Had to ask and wait for syrup and even utensils. Ill never go back there.

The true review is about HOW an error is recovered from. Our order was initially not correct. The server however corrected it without issue and with a customer service demeanor and that makes all the difference.

I tried I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after saying I would never come back again a couple years ago but I decided to take my boys after church and again it was HORRIBLE! When my food came out my French toast had a fried egg at the bottom with a hole in it and no butter it looked disgusting!! And I asked for peppers in my eggs they gave me a side of it to go 😒 then when I asked for the manager the manager refused to come up because she was working on the grill…she was the one who made my food like omg what a disgrace. Sorry we will never come back again I’m mad I didn’t get a picture I was so pissed I just wanted him to take it away

John was amazing and super friendly, he needs a raise or better restaurant. Constant refills, check ins, and upbeat personality, he’s the only person who smiled at us while we were there yesterday. Honestly, he made the experience. The food came out in a reasonable time and was hot, especially when looking at previous complaints.

This whole IHOP is an immediate red flag for future visitors and/or customers. This particular IHOP consists of some of the most low-tier staff ever. Avoid this lHOP at all costs. Re-staffing is definitely required. EDIT: The response below definitely doesn't change ANYTHING.

Worst IHOP I've ever been to! I was greeted at the door and asked how many in my party, so I said just a table for 2. Then, all the staff scattered and went to hide. No manager in sight to assist, and there were multiple people just standing around in the lobby waiting for help. The place wasn't busy at all—there were plenty of open tables and servers working, but they were all avoiding customers. Very unprofessional staff and terrible service. Will not be coming back to this location.
