When we walk in we stood in the front waiting for someone to come and greet us and SEATED US for about 4 min a guy had to go get them who was also a waiting customer. We didn’t get an apology or anything like no one cared honestly. Our waiter was new and she did a pretty good job well the best she could honestly. Oh yeah the cook was complaining when he knew the waiter was seating us saying we was his last table and he been there since 5am and he’s tired which was very distasteful and unprofessional. My Food was burned i got the steak and egg also harsh brown everything was pretty burn but the eggs. I ask for my steak med well and i got well done. My gf had a omelette and it was very dry no cheese pull at all..Never again.

I joked and told the waitress when we came in this use to be the best iHop on this side of town and now it’s a dead zone. Well after this experience I see why! There was hair in my food and dead roaches in the bathroom. I simply explained if there are roaches in the bathroom surely there are live roaches in the kitchen where food would be. They tried to explain their score of 91 however I’ve been a manager in food services. When it’s time for inspection things are at its best, that doesn’t explain or shows its daily conditions. I was utterly disgusted and will not be going back and definitely look forward to making a complaint to the health department. For sure!

There was a time when this location wasn't a bad place to eat at any time of day or night. This used to be the go-to spot after any show or concert we did back in the day. Came here, ate, laughed, conversed with the servers good way to end the night. But I haven't been at this Ihop in yeeears, I see why. Came here one night, was served by Miracle, great server and great attitude. The food was ok. But the bathroom was atrocious on a different level. I had a friend with me and she went to the women's bathroom, she flew out of there in seconds. Another patron was about to go in and we warned her not to go in there, but she did anyway because she really had to go. We heard her scream and she ran out of there. The men's restroom was no different, I'll leave out the graphic stuff. For the first time ever, I couldn't wait to leave, I was hesitant to actually sit down and very rarely do I ever take a to-go container whenever I dine in, but I just couldn't do it anymore, I felt my skin crawling. This place has gone way way down, it needs a serious facelift and renovation. The bathrooms need a very deep cleaning, fumigation, sterilizing, and an exorcism all in one. Shame on IHOP for letting the quality of its franchise drop so low. NEVER EVER AGAIN at this location, even if it was the only spot open on the road, I would rather starve than step foot in there again.

IHOP is & has been a Favorite for years. The Food is really exceptional !! I Love "All you can eat !" But I haven't heard about it in a while.

Food was mid and this was surprising considering all I had were tenders and fries. It also didn’t help that the wait was a little long when it wasn’t even busy nor a rush hour.
The atmosphere was spoiled when one of the workers in the back either started yelling or screaming about something.
The bathroom here needs a major renovation and deep cleaning my goodness.
I’m split on whether coming back here or going to another location
