I have been a regular of JR Crickets for a full year now. About 6 months ago, when checking out, the staff were required to not only view your ID with your Credit or Debit card but, they would also write down your license number on the receipt.On January 1st, 2024, there were two charges that showed up on my bank account for the exact same amount. I was sick all of January and February of this year and did not go to this establishment in January or December 2023.I called and was told these were charges that are in the system from 3 or 4 months ago. We all know that is not how card payments work.... there are not pending charges that go on for months like this.All I am saying is, if you decide to eat here, do not use a credit or debit card as it seems, when they need some extra money, they are fraudulently putting charges on cards they are taking down in the back. It is ridiculous. Luckily, I was able to report this as fraud and got my money back.

Omg I really did not want to make a review but I have to I paid $56.78 for some fried greasy shrimp and fish no flavor look like the shrimps and fish had just been sitting in oil it was a horrible experience. Will not try again

There for karaoke Friday and DJ was good. Staff was very nice but for the price of the food I expect better quality and bigger portions. Friend ordered I believe a cowboy and the lettuce/tomato wasn't even on the sandwich and it was a 4-bite meal. My bf's wings weren't anything special and he said he could've gotten American deli for all that. I had grilled shrimp basket. I expected jumbo shrimp but they were mediums I could make at home and the side of fries was underwhelming in portion so nothing was filling for the price and JR is known for their chicken so was disapptd.

This place has went down, the management is poor and their policies change daily. It’s not worth the wait. They do call in orders but still don’t make your food until you get there.
Ordered the black and blue burger which sound like it would be good burger. The blue cheese taste like plain old mayo and the burger was Nasty. It taste like my old elementary school cafeteria burgers that I hated. The bun was so thick I had to take the top of the bun off. The fries were overcooked and dry. I wish I would have read their bad review I would have never stopped there and will never go back. My advise is season your food get better buns and take some tips from other successful burger establishments or shut it down. Since you have such ghetto replies and zero interest in doing better I'll also make this complaint to the better business burea. Best Wishes!

I don't like the fact they charge you 18% if your bill is over $40 what do you do dine in or take out I think it's really sad other than that I hadn't been there to the name JR Crickets in over 20 years and I guess I'll be back in another 20

I would have been more pleased eating a soggy bowl of cereal then have eaten the burger I got from Jimmy cricket. The burger was smaller then the enormous bun that it was on. When I started to bite into the burger, I had to stop chewing to spit out the hard pieces of whatever it was, that was making the burger "griddy and crunchy". The burger had no taste and it looked like it was cooked in the microwave. I was applaud by this over priced, poor quality nasty tasting burger. The meal came with fries and was what I ate because I was not going to continue eating that burger.What makes me more irritated is that I called ahead. Thinking when I get there I pick up my food , pay, then leave. But that is NOT this place. Even though I called in my order ahead, when I got there, it was not ready. The nice bartender informed me that they make the orders after you come in and pay. Then what was the point of taking my order over the phone! It took over 40 minutes to get my food., that was in addition to the time I had called ahead. They kept saying "your order is coming". I just REALLY WISH , I knew that jimmy cricket made your order after you pay. And I wish someone would have told me, their burgers are nasty. I wasted my time and my money. I will never be back there to eat.
