WORST customer service ever! What you’re NOT going to do is yell at me because YOU and your teammate failed to communicate with each other! It’s NEVER about paying for something that I ASKED for, but it’s the manner in which you speak to people. If my child asks for an upgrade on her drink and the guy at the register tells her not to worry about, simply to tell the pick up person, then YOU make it a big deal, asking for a receipt, yelling how much it costs… NOBODY cares how much it costs, just say the price and let me pay. But the reality is you’re hurt over $2.50 for a drink upgrade! The fact that you felt like it was okay to yell at me and my child, then talking about no refund! Give me the food and drinks I paid for and I’ll NEVER return to this location! I don’t know how they treat women in your country, how they treat PEOPLE in your country, but you will NOT disrespect me and continue to get money from me! I’ll drive further away where I am appreciated, rather than step foot back in this location!

The last three times they didn’t care about my order. Food was overcooked Fish hard as a rock Order waiting fish Overcooked trout, they did not let it thaw out properly cook it frozen batter did not stay on fish. I spent a lot of money with you guys for you not to care I just wish someone give a damn.

Parking: This place can get busy so I would call ahead if possible and use the drive thru.
Food mostly great. Sucks I ordered, paid for food and was given a pager. I sat in my vehicle waiting for it to ring and noticed they have a drive through window. Figured that window was for pick up.
Pager goes off so i drive up to drive through and I am looked at and ignored. Mind you there is a sign that says "come inside" which you dont see until after you pull up. What garbage service.
Not sure what to think when everyone looks either high or they hate being there. Not a great look. Love their food but damn customer service looks bottom tier.
