Made mobile order in the app, arrived at the location and didn't wait long. Good experience!

This was very upsetting, I ordered a two piece LEG & THIGH with a mac and cheese as the side.
What I received was a dried out chicken breast and a chicken leg and what looks to me some half eaten macaroni which was also dried out (hard shells type of dried out)
I’ve tried to give this place a chance, but there is always an issue, but this today was unacceptable. I tried to overlook the Mac and cheese and had hopes that it would be good, but not at all whatsoever. The picture is the exact way that I received the Mac and cheese, I wish I would’ve captured the dry noodles AND the taste was off.
I will no longer, be going to this location. Enough is enough!
Lady got my order wrong then gave me attitude when I went to go get it corrected. Said she repeated my order back to me and I agreed. That never happened, she just asked what I wanted to drink.
Returned the wrong order without a single bite out of it so not like I was trying to score free food or anything.
I ordered a bowl get home to discover they gave me a pot pie waiting at least 20 mins to get the wrong thing

Worst kfc I ever had!! Paid for oder online, but I still had to wait 10 min!! No original chicken was available for 13 minutes, they said. So I had to settle for crispy, which was dry out!! Customer service is terrible .

Came here to pick up a dash and big Bertha was in the office smiling all up Zack face while me and another customer was waiting. I had to yell who’s working the front and she gonna tell me just a second after I had already been waiting a for about 5 minutes, on a dash. The other girl even said why are you not working your front. The drive thru was jumping so she couldn’t get off drive thru to help and that’s why I said who’s working the front. A lady from the back came up and took me and the other customer order while big bird was still running her mouth to Zaaack. Get yall ish together. Putting all that work on other people just so you can fresh with big back.
I stopped by KFC to get chicken for my family and when I got home just cutting through the thigh is still had blood in it. It was not cooked very well and potential salmonella poisoning. I would not be giving a review but this is the second time at the same location that this has happened I am a very dissatisfied customer and they do not answer the phone when you try to call back, and I did not receive a receipt will not be patronizing that location again

Went through the drive thru. Paid for $34 worth of food and when I got home, the order was not completely fulfilled. I spoke with a manager named Niya. I explained to her that I order the saucy wings meal and I was only provided the wings and drink. I asked her to replace the entire meal as an inconvenience because I am not getting the benefit of the entire meal. She stated that she understood my point but that she's only willing to provide the biscuit and fries. I once again nicely explained my point and she (with an attitude) stated her same sentiment. At that point I did say FYB and hung up because I'm not going to continue a conversation with a manager who can't relate to what I'm saying. For $34 I should have my complete order and if not I should be comped. I contacted my bank and they provided me my $11.17 for that entire portion of the meal. They offered to refund my entire meal, but I'm not a dishonest or unreasonable person. I mean, I was very nice when I called. Even when I asked for her name at the beginning of the call for a point of reference, she acted like she didn't want to give it to me. I am still going to call corporate as well and file a complaint just in case they don't see this. Like what harm would it have been to apologize and say "we'll replace the whole meal"? I will never patron this or any KFC ever again and that's not a flex.
