1/6/26 First I wait 3/4 minutes For her to take the order. Then I asked for a combo she said it would take seven minutes. I said ok thank you. I pull up, wait another three or four minutes for her to then ask me what did I order? I told her again. She said it would be 30 mins wait.... I said you told me seven minutes she argued no I said 30. 7 and 30.
Don't even sound alike... please close

Wish I could give no stars. I placed an order through the app. My husband went to pick up order through drive thru and was told he needed to come inside. He gets inside and is waiting. He is asked the name of order 3 different times only to be told my order had been given to someone else. Young lady who said her name is Brittany and a manager was extremely rude and unapologetic for THEIR mistake. Instead of replacing was told I would have to reach out to online support since that was how I ordered and they could refund. Needless to say I spent $31 and did not receive my food. This location is horrible and I hope corporate reads these reviews because it seems to be a trend of people coming thru drive thru then being redirected inside the store. Are the employees taken home peoples orders? Waiting on response from corporate about a refund. But that store needs to be completely revamped from management to employees.

The only reason this restaurant gets a 5 from me is bc the restaurant manager Tiona is AMAZING. She helps so much and no matter what issue we as a customer has, she will go above and beyond to find a resolution. She is great and she stated she do it bc she is a customer as well and she understands. This woman needs to branch off and start her own restaurant biz bc she is great at customer service and problem solving skills.

KFC is advertising a pot pie special. However, every time l go to this location. They are always out! So why are you false advertising an item you never have? Also, clean up your lobby and parking lot! Just filthy!

This particular location on Panola road CUSTOMER SERVICE is not good. You have to always go inside to order they won't take any orders at the drive thru. This has happened to me 3 different occasions.I recently did an online order and it took over an hour to get it ready. The food is good just the service is bad.

I wish l had read the reviews at this location before ordering here. I ordered Kfc VIA uber eats when I got my food an entire meal was missing. Remind you i just paid a up charge price online plus Tip the uber driver only for me to go and get the missing meal.

Stood at the counter for about 5 mins no one acknowledged me . I finally had to say helllooooo. Rude young lady came to the front I explained my situation. She asked for my name then proceeded to help the drive through line. Finally another lady came with a attitude and replaced my meal. Only nice person was the young lady with the dreads and the end had blonde tips. I really wish i had gotten her info and put in a referral for her at Apple.

Long story short I WILL NEVER EVER spend my money at this location again.

The girl with them dirty dreads that takes food orders through the drive thru is super mean. Pulled up @9:30 she giving me attitude talking bout “ima tell you now chicken is gon take 15 mins” then she talking hell of mess on the microphone. Super unprofessional

Drive-thru was down. For future reference, put a sign up so that you do not have to be rude to customers. Regular customers says the drive-thru is always down when they are short staffed. Poor customer service.
Cashier with long braids and nose ring was awful, rude, wasn't greeting customers (nor us). Slowwwww as ever, definitely will not return.
