Went in for a late night drive through snack at 8 PM. They had already run out of some items, like the chicken pot pie. Once we got our food back home and opened it up we found that not only was the chicken stale, we had also not been given two of the drumsticks we had ordered.

Drive thru was not available during store hours. I then came inside and it took 10mim to order and waited on food for 25min. As sat and waited, I noticed the floors were very dirty as if they haven't been cleaned in a few days. No napkins at the counter for customers. Said they they were out. Very disappointing experience at this KFC.

I visited this location on Sunday August 10th, 2025. Waited 14 minutes on a 8 piece mixed original chicken..got the chicken after waiting get all the way home which was 25 minutes away just to open the box and have 6 pieces of Chicken, called constantly to not get an answer, jump in my car went to the restaurant just to be insulated by the unfriendly non customer service manager, not only was the 6 piece cold this lady proceed to tell me she packed my box and it was 8 pieces ..not only she insulated my character but gave me 2 pieces of chicken not apologized for my inconvenience, but sent a worker to hand me my food. I was LIVID, was asked to leave my name and number someone will call me on Monday, noone called me yet. I will NEVER visit this location again. It's SAD how ppl treat you when you know they are correct.

We are not coming back to this location Until The Owner or District Manager Find Some Real Employees. What's the point of KFC APP And You Arrive To Still WAIT A EXTRA 30 MINUTES On Top Of The Wait Time The App Lied About 20-35 MINUTES, Which Turn Into A Hour. I paid thru the app my food should have been getting COOK THEN.. JULY 20TH. TRAIN THEM AGAIN OR FIRE THEM.
Starving, I waited 30mins. Backed up to the service window inquiring about my order.🤷🏾♀️. I was told my order was ready, but it had to be brought to me on the opposite side of the building🤦🏾♀️ I went to the other side and waited for 10mins. Then, I went across the street to Checkers. Never going back to that KFC🙅🏾♀️

All tables in the dining room are dirty, even though there are no diners at the moment. All workers were behind the building smoking while there was only one person inside. I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone took my order. I waited 15 minutes for my wings.
