The only reason this restaurant gets a 5 from me is bc the restaurant manager Tiona is AMAZING. She helps so much and no matter what issue we as a customer has, she will go above and beyond to find a resolution. She is great and she stated she do it bc she is a customer as well and she understands. This woman needs to branch off and start her own restaurant biz bc she is great at customer service and problem solving skills.

Food and drinks was good. Service was slow. No potato mashers even though its on the menu online and offered as a deal. But they did offer the option of a different side. Drinks were leaking. Inside the location had a weird smell.

Customer service rebound was dope. Wings were sold out but not mentioned at the speaker. I was angry/disappointed I was not told at speaker. But the way the young lady stood calm apologize and rebound the mistake I gotta give it to her a the manger that coached her second shift 5/13 yal did that. Recognition given. Gratitude
