It's closed. It should have closed years ago. The last time I went there, it appeared to be open. But I sat in the drive thru 10 minutes before I just drove away. No one came ro take my order.

Looks like they finally closed this disgusting location down. The last time I came a month ago the guy came on the intercom to say we are closed tonight. Then why are you here? I also noticed that the food safety rating was never posted. Looking at recent pics of roaches and raw chicken makes me never want to eat at any other Krystal.

Glad they opened the inside back up the food was cooked to order tasted like l remembered, the inside could use some work the drink machine didn't work and their weren't any condiments went back a couple of days later and the place was shut down.

I decided not to eat here basically because of the price ?. For 5 little burgers with mostly bread for almost $8.Maybe I'm cheap, or maybe I didn't think it was worth the price!?

The food is always what it is good you know what you’re getting. I am currently sitting in the drive through I’ve been here for 15 minutes total since I arrived at the order speaker the woman proceeded to tell me to hold on 3-4 minutes pass I order the line is moving slow I get to the window and proceed to watch the woman taking the orders who took my payment laughing and joking around with the other staff which is completely fine but while I can see my bag in her hand as she continues her conversations. I just want my food and I feel like you have a line full of people the joking can wait until later. That’s all a total of 20 minutes to get fast food, kind of sucks.

My order only gets a 2 star solely on the fact that I really enjoy eating Krystal burgers and I've been craving them for months. My experience with this location has been nothing but terrible tonight I put blame on the restaurant and my delivery driver.I ordered a 12 sack with Reese's Milkshake my food arrived cold which means it had to be sitting for a bit before being delivered and not only that instead of a Milkshake I recieved a LARGE cup of carbon not even soda! They couldn't even be bothered to check if the soda needed to be changed so no freaking milkshake and nothing to drink either great! ?? This was a great reality check from a place I really was excited to eat from again will never order from this location again.12/11/23 10:15pm

This place is HORRIBLE the lines are ridiculous long and the wait time omg!!! Sad! The owner needs to stop responding to everyone terrible comments and get their store together. What a waste of time and money. Go to Moreland Ave if you want Krystal’s NOT HERE!

Well... It's a "burger no fries" ... "Peanut butter no jelly" kind of place. The good news is that they let you know right away what is unavailable to eat.Also, don't be fooled by the open doors and people walking in and out.... Only the drive-thru is available for customers

Ordered sackful meal bundle on Uber eats.With 2 spicy chickens only received one.And I chose tots but got fries. Nobody answered the phone.

Worst Krystals to ever go to!! How is this place still open?! The employees care zero percent about your food and doing their job right. They make the most nastiest, sometimes overly soggy other times hard as junk burgers. Do not waist your time or money at this location you will be disappointed by the price hike and zero quality. ?

Might be the most depressing Krystal's I have been too. Been a customer of Krystal's for years and absolutely love their chilli. Went to this location for chilli and was told it doesn't start until November. Even though November is tomorrow and they sale it at other locations and also currently sale it on tot's and burger's, ie the "New" Chilli cheese Krystal's. How difficult is it to put it in a cup and not on a burger. Then I asked for a number 3 but instead of fries do tot's. In which I was told tot's are only sold in the mornings. In which I told the lady nevermind and left. Now keep in mind, I was there last week and got the substitution at 5 in the evening with no problems. But today it's only sold in the morning's even though they advertise chilli cheese tots. Make it, make sense please...smh. Not to mention when I went there last week for my tot's a guy took my order wrong and had a attitude while serving me at the window. Shop at your own risk.
