The staff deserve 5 stars and so does the food, but they were busy as heck and only had two employees working. It took two hours for me to get my food. I couldn't get mad at the staff as they were doing the best they could. Management needs to do better to keep more staff working and you'd be even more profitable.

We went to the Snellville location and they had a sign on the door claiming they were sold out..Where in reality they probably didn't want to be bothered. So I came to this location.We all ended up waiting about an hour but we didn't mind and let me tell you why. This young SOON TO BE FUTURE BOSS was doing her very best she was a short petite lady with locs I believe her name was ALISHA D . She was taking orders from the front to the window. Making pizzas , crazy puffs making sure orders were coming out and explaining to the customers her situation. While all WASHING HER HANDS EACH AND EVERY TIME! She had online orders that was backed up because someone walked out and didn't make the orders. She got thst caught up and the door dash orders! ( mind you we was there for an hour) seen it all!Her 2 male coworkers was SLACKING and one with the ponytail had caught an attitude while he was doing what? Absolutely nothing! Alisha was polite even under pressure and I mean the store was packed and line out the door and she ran that store and held it down on her own. You should be happy to have someone like that on your team because ppl don't want to work anymore!!! You need to give this young lady a raise and her own store because ima be honest I WANT HER ON MY TEAM!SHE WAS AMAZING AND NEEDS TO BE APPRECIATED!!!! I DONT KNOW WHERE SHE'S GOING BUT I KNOW ITS GOING TO BE AMAZING! ALISHA D you ROCK !

I had the worst experience here today. I ordered online and decided to pick up food via drive thru. No one never came to the window, so i drove around the building and an employee at the door was waving bye with her hands, so i pull back to the window and the same employee never came to the window, but walked from behind my car to say something in another language. I took it as if they were closed, and I explained i ordered online, then she proceed to speak as if she understood, but spoke in another language and waved bye to me. This is just really not good service, and I still didn't receive the food I paid for today.

Workers were moving slow. He said it would take 10 min ..... it took 25 min as I stayed inside to wait.... I was there for 25 min... they were just slow and it looked intentional.

Do not order from this location. You never know how your pizza will turn out. I recently ordered 2 large pizzas, a Twix brownie, and stuffed crazy bread. The pizzas were cold and they looked old. One of my pizzas was supposed to be a regular half pepperoni and half cheese. Instead of making that pizza they gave me a Stix and pepperoni pizza that they had tried to cut over. The stuffed crazy bread was 3 large dough balls filled with cheese. The Twix brownie was 4 squares wrapped in plastic, not even placed in the oven, just cold bricks. I will not be going to this location again!
