For the slogan to be hot and ready pizza is never and I mean never hot and ready why does it take 15-20 minutes every single time I go up there I’m just saying stop the hot and ready advertising needs to stop if I have to wait 15-20 minutes every time I go up there for a simple pepperoni pizza I might as well go to Pizza

Omg! My pizza looked a little underdone but it wasn't until I started eating it that I realized it was still raw. The dough wasn't cooked all the way through. The dough wasn't just soft it was still raw! The cheese stuffed crust wasn't even melted. Usually the pizza has flavor like a buttery flavor on the crust...and there wasn't any flavor. Just disgusting. I ended up vomiting after eating. I asked for an extra most best pizza, they gave me a regular pizza with extra cheese. And it was RAW!!!! I know the workers don't make much money, this is clearly a management problem. Why don't the workers know how to make pizza?!?!??!!
Don't eat here. Go somewhere else.

Had a big order for my football team . One of the boxes of pizza had hair baked into the pizza so that told me that hair came from the back when preparing the food. Take your money elsewhere please y’all

I ordered online...but when I went to the store to pick my order up they didnt have what I ordered so they tried to give me somthing else without saying anything to me. When I went to check my order I said this isn't correct they said thats all we have right now. I asked for a refused to give me a refund. Saying thay dont give refunds for online orders. How do you not give a refund when you dont have what a customer paid for!!!!!

Ordered 10 pizzas from this location for a school and only received 1. Called the location 20 times and goes to voicemail every time. Called support and they only provided a 50% refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER

Every time I come in this location the entire shift is in the back and theres a whole lobby full of people waiting to be serviced. It took them 20 mins to take my order!!@ How hard is it to have basc pizza available? Definitely not Hot or Ready. Fire the entire store and get new people that knows how to run a business. This is by far the worst location in Georgia. Save your Money and Time people!!

Im not sure why business owners buy in this area to underpay their employees so their underpaid employees can then provide bad service to the people who constantly come here. It's sad that the only option for our community is to deal with it, make the drive elsewhere or MOVE . But i, for one, am tired of pulling out of my pockets for lazy company owners who only care about the measly dollars they're taking from people whose experience they dont even give a damn about.

Great tasting pizza. My problem was that I ordered one pizza in my app and the other from my husband's who wasn't with me. They only had one of them and couldn't get me the other without the code from his phone. So I had paid for two, and left with one pizza with no offer from staff to find a way to help remedy this.

Wow. This place takes the Pie… For worst customer service , longest waits , and worst or possibly no management. They NEVER have hot and ready pizza. You can order on the mobile up for pick up at 7:30 and get there at 7:40 and still wait 15-45 mins. They don’t answer the phone .. I have called over and over , left messages and stopped in and still no resolution . Save yourself the time , money and stress. Don’t order food from here !
