I stay close by & try to come often but every time I come there is something… Long waits, rude staff, old food, etc. The Long John Silver side is never open so why even advertise this location??? This location definitely needs to be shutdown & have their operations technics evaluated!!!

Food was OK but the cashier never gave us a receipt and the meal (1 fish, 1chicken combo) advertised as $6.59 came to be $8, not sure how and the establishment was out of fries. We were given double hush puppies, but was never asked if we wanted extra as a substitute for no fries. A sign on the drive- thru about being out of fries would have helped with customers.

Everytime I drive over there they have an excuse as to why they are not frying fish.
Also, they don't answer the phone when I try to call to inquire if they are cooking fish

Calvin is amazing! His staff are amazing! Great place to eat! All the staff greeted me with welcoming smiles and the food was cooked fresh and it was delicious! The new boy long John silvers and Taco Bell we eat at! Thank you all!????

I frequent this place because I like Long John Silvers(LJS) so this covers my experience on 4/21, 4/23, 4/28, 4/30, & 5/5, 2024. 4/21- no one from the LJS side was present; 4/23- waited in drive- thru 35 minutes before I reached the window and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. When I got to the window, I saw inside 5 employees standing around engaged on conversation while a long line of customers were waiting. There was no urgency to help us and certainly out-of-order for them to put their conversation before serving the customers-the very reason they get paid; 4/28-fish was old and luke warm; 4/30-LJS was not open at 6:30pm prime dinner time; 5/5-missing a piece of fish from my order. Sometimes I wonder how this location stays open. I try to be supportive of businesses in the neighborhood but I will be reconsidering spending my dollars elsewhere. Hope some one in authority will read this and implement some better business practices with stressing the importance for customer service.

Good food, I see they selling long Johns in smaller portions to be cheaper. You can add on but that's complicated. They should just sell at 12 and 138 Dollars anD deal with the fallout.
