(Update) It’s Been Three Weeks‼️ I Have Contacted The Store And Emailed The Company Multiple Times And Have Yet To Receive A Refund Nor Has Anybody Contacted Me About The Incident. To Be On The Safe Side I Would Just Go With Papa John’s Or Pizza Hut, They Have Better Deals Anyways. Dominos Definitely Has A Good Deal For $20. Don’t Waste Y’all Time At This Location Or With The Manager Christina.

I ordered $63 dollars worth of pizza, soda, wings and cinnamon squares from the Panola location and never received my order. When I called the store to see what the issue was, the manager on Shift named Christina was very rude from the beginning of the phone call. When I called and explained the situation she refused to give me a refund, and told me to call DoorDash and take it up with them. I called them and they told me because I used the Marcos app I had to contact the store. I called the store and complained again she then decided to argue with me and the DoorDash support team. She refused to give me a refund multiple times, but once I got someone else to call she offered a refund but never processed it. I still have yet to receive my refund two weeks later and she still gave me attitude when I called to get an update on my refund. Christina is very rude and she does not care about customer service at all, she is also unwilling to hear out the customer. I feel like my money has been stolen and my time has been wasted. I have a family to feed and that wasn’t fair to me or them. I’m highly disappointed and offended in the service of this location

Placed an order online went in 20 minutes later, the lady on her cellphone talking bout fighting with another customer prior to me coming in didnt even acknowledge me. One of the Men/Cook was just lost , with me finding out my order not even made yet. They tell me they are making my order, so I go sit in the car. I go back in 15 mins later and the Stud tells me very aggressively, they gave my pizza away and that I either can take a specialty pizza (Which my kids dont like) or either wait for another pizza AGAIN. And she stated she dont feel like being nice because the other customer pissed her off. So a refund wouldnt be possible Lol That definitely started argument to where she thought calling her father up there was suppose to threaten lil ole me! Police came and allowed me to stay to get my pizza. And Laughed at Him thinking he was going to touch me...All this Over Pizza!! When I really couldve just got my money back. Smh Your employees should learn how to handle situations and take accountability when wrong. I shouldnt have to wait 45 mins for a pizza I ordered online. They were wrong point blank period. Will never spend a Dime here. And to anyone else I'm sure has had a problem with this same employee (Which another customer clearly had an issue right before) please complain get her up out of there. Its not the customers if everyone has a problem with her, she thinks we're on the streets and can talk to customers any kind of way. It looks very bad for the company. I Have Video I should post just so Yall can see how your employee acts. Very Rude, and Unprofessional...even the dudes she worked with agreed. I feel sorry for them Honestly. Do Better Marcos smh

So after going to the Marco‘s on S. Harrison St. I end up finding the one in Stonecrest, which is seven minutes away I go and give a call and place my order. I wait to receive my order properly in a good timing, but this is how my pizza looks where I’m from Marco’s is really really good and it’s not exactly cheap. You guys definitely need to reevaluate the brand.

We order pizza with light sauce and light cheese we had to remake it 2 times cause they did not listen to our order and they tried to convince us that it was light but it was not we did this at the same location again and again.

Had my food delivered via Door Dash, but Marcos kept me updated from the time it was ready! Food arrived hot, and fresh. The reason I prefer to eat Marcos is the freshness of the food and the great staff!

Just had Marco’s Pizza and it was so good! The crust was perfect, the cheese was super melty, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. Everything tasted fresh and hot, just how I like it.

The staff was nice too, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely one of the better pizza spots I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be ordering again!

This place is alway a hit my kids love it. I've been here a year now in GA, and this is the best pizza I have ever had! The crust is great, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the pepperoni and cheese. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The manager, Ms. Christina, is a 5-star within itself; I love her spirit and customer service!
