I will definitely be filing a dispute with my bank first of all this location forgot one of my toppings which I wasn’t upset about I compensated With a 2 liter but once I got home I can this was a pepperoni pizza for someone else and they just warmed up my topping to add on the pizza.. very disappointed Marcos is to expensive to play with people money

I ordered a pizza and because I didn't order free cheese packets when I placed the order they would not give me any. This doesn't even make since to me. And they were very rude about it. Tony is very rude and nasty he needs more customer service training.

My family and I really enjoyed our pizza. Everything was fresh and the right portion. Sometimes other pizza places do not make the pizza right but this Panola Road location did an amazing job!!! I will be ordering from Marco's Pizza instead of the local pizzas places nearby, next time. 10/10!!!

Apon entering the establishment they was playing inappropriate profanity music after standing in line for five minutes I was told that they only taking online orders because it's to busy ....... I wonder if that's policy ?????? The hell with the customer that's in person .... I guess my money wasn't good enough lol

Marcos marcos marcos that tall black man that u guys have runing ur business on panola rd is very rude mean nasty and miserable every encounter with him has been unpleasant if he cant take the heat he dosent need to be in the kitchen . . . This is still a buisness and hard working ppl like myself and so many others is coming in to spend our hard earned money so we deserve some respect and some form of customer service . . . And because of him this will be my last time visting this marcos thou i live right next door i will be driving to tin butt 2 to go to another marcos branch because this dont make any sense whats so ever. Like is he okay ?

I ordered pizza online from this location on 8/15/24. The pizza was suppose to arrive by 9:03p. I am less than 5 mins from this location literally next door, yet my pizza arrived cold and i did not receive it until 945p. Then when I called to the store the manager on duty rambled off a bunch of statements to me ( no pick up, delivery only, no call in orders etc) and then just hung up the phone in my face. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The pizza had no tamper proof seal on it so I would know it had not been tampered with. I will not be ordering again from this location. The quality of the pizza here has decreased tremendously. Go somewhere else!!!!!
They were running a special and if I wouldn’t have asked the difference in price, I would’ve got a small pizza that cost more than a large.Notice how the topping aren’t evenly distributed and I had to pay i for each topping. The spinach was dried out and burnt on top of the pizza, not mixed in with cheese, and there was too much sauce. The onions are huge and I’m the middle of the pizza.Marcos used to be good, but now all their locations in Georgia suck. Will not be returning, I don’t care how many coupons they send.
