This location is horrible! The fries are always extra salty or Luke warm. Customer service is below sub par...the associates act like they camt hear, even after repeating your order several times... and they Still get the order wrong! Just cook at home smh

Ordered online and went through the drive-thru. The employees were nice but I was asked to pull up so they could fix the food. I waited over 10 minutes and just got home and there's food missing. Tried calling and their phone number does not work. Can somebody give me my money back????

This was the worst experience! They didn’t have any condiments available, which is unacceptable. The manager clearly didn’t care, and the employees were rude and unprofessional. I will never visit this location again. Just a heads-up—beware if you’re considering coming here!

This location has always had issues with staff and their food.
I drove up at the drive through and gave my order right away and was told to drive around, after 10 minutes I was at the window paying for the order and then waited another 6 more minutes before getting to the next window to get my order. My fries was cold and the quarter pounder that I order the meat was flat and tasty like cardboard. It's amazing that on the other side of town a quarter pounder is very good because the meat is actually is thick and juicy. I Don't think I'll ever go to this McDonald again .

The food was good, I ordered the Steak, Egg an Cheese bagel. It was very fresh, however the person taking the orders was apparently unable to multi task, an therefore he should not attempt.
As I pulled up to the window for the order the order taker was taking someone eles order an could not seem to simply hand me the bag, or ask if i needed condiments, so he didnt. He just handed me the bag an walked away.

Very upset almost every time I go in here is a mess and always waiting for a while on my orders and also heard a manager telling an employee to work off the clock to clean the dining room after he said he was clocked even and started to do it and I was like no um no like who tells employees to work off the clock something needs to be done at this location because things are getting out of hand and very wet drinks and very dirty store all around and the guy who was working off the clock i also know his name and I don't want to have to repeat myself on this matter because I can report it myself
