Dear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the food my boyfriend received from one of your locations. On 8/29 he purchased a Quarter Pounder meal. Upon taking a bite, we discovered that the burger patty was raw and pink in the middle (see attached photo).
This raised significant health and safety concerns, as undercooked beef can pose a risk of foodborne illness. We were very disappointed with this experience, as we expect McDonald’s to maintain proper food safety standards.
I kindly ask that you investigate this matter with the store to ensure it does not happen again. Additionally, I would like to request a refund for the meal and any appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and risk caused.

Should be a no star option. First it's obvious they don't track the time at drive-thru they would fail each time. Waited a long time just now for a mobile order finally they talk on speaker and ask get info and tell me to come up.get up to the first window no one there up go to second and they speak to first and I'm advised no order that she probably didn't hear me say the name and order number ...this is unacceptable.
