Ordered a dbl chsBurg and sm fry. Paid and pulled up to the second window. Was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I was already running late. I asked why and how long. A tall slim young lady's with braids and a green neon vest came to the window.
In order me to pull up. She said because we were all in line waiting for the same meat. I said if we're waiting for the same meat. Then what's the difference if I pulled up or not. She handed me my food roughly and.
Told me how much she can't stand selfish people. The stopsiin turn left on the english valley and unprofessional way to handle the situation. I didn't call her any names or insult her in anyway. On top of that, i ordered my double cheeseburger well done. And it's still came out cold with unmelted cheese. So i'm unsure what I was waiting for.

I visited McDonald’s store #3867 and had one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. When I pulled into the drive-through, there was only one car ahead of me, but I ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no movement. I finally decided to go inside and placed my order at the kiosk (order #844) — a deluxe crispy meal, a side of nuggets, a two cheeseburger meal, and a cheeseburger Happy Meal.
When I got home, I realized my order wasn’t right: one cheeseburger was completely missing, and the other was just a plain hamburger. I tried calling the phone number printed on my receipt to get it resolved, but all I got was voicemail.
Between the slow service, incorrect order, and no way to reach anyone at the store, this was a total disappointment. If this location wants to keep customers, they need to fix their speed, accuracy, and communication.

I see why this McDonald's has a rating of a three-star. They have poor customer service. The drive-thru staff are very rude. When you go through the drive-thru they don't respond. And when asked why they didn't respond to you in the drive-thru, the young lady working the drive-thru proceeded to ask me if I was mad and then proceeded to tell me that I need to go to another McDonald's. Very bad service. They need to shut this one down..... we don't even need it in the neighborhood.
