Every single time except once for a breakfast order, my order was either wrong or missing items. This last time was the last time I go back to this McDonalds. I ordered a 2 Snack Wrap Meal, and not only did they only give me 1 wrap, but after me having to go back and get the other wrap, not only was the other wrap wrong w/lettuce after ordering with no lettuce. The first wrap had LITERAL MOLD ON THE WRAP. You could literally smell the mold on it! Luckily I caught it before eating it. Last time I got to McDonalds on Tuner Hill! Zero stars if I could.

I would not recommend it’s 1;05 they open 24 hours and are closed even when they are open. Customer service is horrible the girl at the drive through needs propper training I don’t. Recommend

Came in to place an order at the kiosk and I only had cash so I took my number and went to the counter to get help and the girl with the black laced wig had the nastiest attitude and said I hate when people just stand there like what else am I supposed to do go behind the counter and finish my own transaction, as a fast food employee if you see someone at the counter your supposed to go see what the customers need not complain about your job at least the manager who helped me was nice, and at least the food was fresh.

The woman with the braids and the big nose with the mask pulled just below it on Augist 27th around 1250pm rendering it in effect went on and on so that the whole store could hear about how she wasn't rude to the customer she's currently serving. Meanwhile I never got my door dash. I left. It was a disgusting display.
Rude. Rude. Rude. Something like this happens every time I go to this store. Around 10am this morning, I had a door dash customer that wanted extra sauce. The rude skinny African American working the front would only give me one pack which I viewed to be a smart ass response. There's always a wait too. Do better. I would never eat here.

The staff is non listening, argumentative and unorganized. I ordered the same frappe I order 4 days a week at other locations and the staff wanted to argue on how it should be made. I repeat I order the same thing elsewhere daily and know how the drink should be. I didn’t want anything special. Just for it to be made correctly. At what point do they just make the customer happy? Oh I forgot. Burger King.

I don’t know who thought it would be a great idea to open this place at 5am and the manager never on time so we either get burritos or hash-browns waste of time and money . And no one knows how to reboot a credit card machine don’t waste the little time you have before work coming here disappointments all around the board third time this week sad situation your losing money !!!
Food is ok, you cant go wrong with the French fries so I'd say start there and work your way up to the shakes. I did find hair in my burger upon opening the wrapper but I whispered to a manager and she had it remade. The cleanliness could be much better and this place has a lot of flies. They have young employees who sometimes cabt handle the stress of fast food and customer complaints so they become belligerent but over all..I'd still come back to order in or out

I always come here and the manager always greets me she’s sooo nice, love her energy. But today the older lady in the window was so rude, and you know as usual, I check my bag to check if everything is good and not even 2 seconds of checks she says “what you need you see this line behind you” like EXCUSE ME? And on top of that didn’t say the usual “have a good day hope to see you tomorrow “ just gave the bag. So disrespectful it’s early in the damn morning for all that. If YOU don’t like your job DONT work. Simple as that. Thank you.

Stop by here on the way home. This has to be the slowest fast food place in America. Waited in line for 20 mins for someone to take my order. No one ever came. After ordering on kiosk food still took another 25 mins to come
