I ordered a to go order. I got 4 kid meals. I picked my food up at 8:40. I got home at 9pm. All my food was very cold & we were supposed to get 6 breadsticks we got two. I called the manager and I spoke to manager Carlos. He said he would refund the breadsticks but not the cold food. He says I should have checked my food. But when I got there to get my food I was told “it’s still cooking” so that means my food would be fresh and hot. So I didn’t check to see if my food was hot because it was supposed to be still cooking when I got there. The manager was VERY RUDE. Kept asking when I got home and said you waited 15 minutes to call after you got home. But mind you I called at 9:03. I was on hold for 10 minutes. So I called as soon as I felt my food was cold. Plus my food was supposed to be ready at 8:10. My food wasn’t even ready until 8:40. Then after all that my food was still cold. I will never come back here. Yall shouldn’t either unless you love cold food then I recommend this place. Carlos needs to get an attitude amusement because managers shouldn’t act lik that. Very unprofessional

The food was good, service was awesome by Melody B., but the women's restroom was filthy! I couldn't even use it because it was nasty! Also a huge garbage bag of breads breadsticks were strewn over the driveway not close to the dumpster! I mentioned these concerns with the MOD, who assured me that it'll be taken care of.
Before I left the restaurant, still needing to use the restroom, I went back inside and decided that I'd wait until I get home. A few pieces of paper had been picked up, but that's it! The stench was still present. Between the two restrooms, there was a urine spell.
I noticed that the score was 96A, which obviously was the food and kitchen ratings.
I was disappointed in the manager, who showed us to our table without addressing up or cordially inviting us to enjoy our meal. Attached are the pictures I took of our leftovers and the perimeter of the restaurant.

It was horrible! By the time I made it home 15 mins away I was in my bathroom sick as a dog!!!!

Worst experience ever! Our entrees were dry! The salad was dry as well! It took 30 minutes to simply get our beverages. The waitress had to wait on our table and work the simultaneously. Olympia was our server and she really tried to get both jobs done.

Spoke with Skylah this evening. Anyone who knows me knows I do not like poor customer service. It can be the determining factor on whether or not I return to an establishment. Skylah had top-tier customer service skills when we spoke to her this evening. My family was trying to place an online delivery order and had questions. We had to call the restaurant and Skylah assisted us. She was patient, kind, had a perfect tone when speaking, spoke clearly, and went over and beyond the call of duty. She even took the time to go online at the same time to help walk us through the order so that we could order what we wanted and how we wanted it. Not one time did she get an attitude or sound like we were a bother. Not one time did she say she was not sure. Instead, she asked us to hold so that she could ask someone to be sure. It is refreshing to do business with someone who likes their job or at least acts like they like their job. Even when we apologized for taking up her time, she let us know it was okay and that she wanted to help us make sure we got what we were looking for. She waited on the call while we looked for what she was describing. I love it!! I had to take the time to write this review. We have not received the food yet but something tells me we won't have any issues. She even offered to give us a call what are food was on the way. Skylah is the type of person you want working in any hospitality and customer service business. Keep up the good work Skylah! Your skills will take you far.
